We needed a place to stay the night, to split up a long road trip on I-15. This place was just fine. Just off of I-15 with clean rooms and friendly service. The first room I was assigned was unclean, hair in shower, etc. The next room was cleaner but definately not what I had expected. Mish mosh of furniture, tv, etc. Room was very loud next to interstate truckers.

When we stayed at the South Fork Inn we were the only visitors in the entire hotel. That's a bad sign in and of itself. The hotel staff were not very helpful/friendly. The rooms were VERY small, the wifi did not reach our room, the heater in the room was broken, so that it was either 600 degrees or -30, the off switch was broken. Good location for I-15 travelers. It is right by the freeway exit with restaurants and gas stations within a few blocks. The advertisement said 28" flat screens in every room, but ours was a 22" placed above the wardrobe (which was still fine, but not 28"). Continental breakfast was muffins. Rooms are small. If you are only stopping to sleep they are okay. Not big enough to spend some done time in. On the mattress there was a vinyl/plastic cover. Not enough covering on top of the cover to prevent sweating during the night. For a single traveler the room is okay.

Pros: The facility had recently been cleaned and painted. The lobby was spacious, clean and neat. The location is very good; away from traffic, yet very accessible for all amenities and needs. Housekeeping staff were helpful when asked directly for assistance (see below). Plenty of parking space and large parking slots. The third day we had to ask the night clerk for the same thing, but it took awhile since she could not be bothered to end her cell phone call in order to assist us! The housekeeping staff never put spare toilet paper or soap in the room (long stay) until we asked them. We had to ask them twice for facial tissue and soap. There were no lamps in the room, which used only soffit lighting. For reading, they had fluorescent lights over the bed! The room lighting was absolutely terrible. As with many of these inexpensive motels, the window casings were covered in mildew. One wonders at the health risks of such facilities. The recent cleaning and painting of this establishment seemed to have been done to hide its many flaws. The entire operation seemed to be cheap and hap-hazard, especially the niggardly issuance of soap, tissue and toilet paper. This place was the proverbial "lipstick on a pig". Read more

Not far from BYU-I wear we were taking my friends two kids. After driving cross-country, this was a quiet, clean, cheap, comfortable place to stay that wasn't too far from campus (about 25 miles/minutes and saved us about $30-50 from hotels closer to campus). Rooms are small, about 2 to 3 feet around the queen size bed. Window seat was great for suitcases because there was no where else to put them but on the bed. Informed after our room was not made-up on our third day that housekeeping skips every othere day for long term guests. Nice lobby & Staff was freindly and helpful. No pool.

No wireless internet signal in our room. When we talked to the person at the front desk they told us that the signal doesn't reach that room. Sheetrock was coming off the ceiling above the shower/tub, also. Not much selection as far as food goes in the free breakfast.

Forget about using the internet unless you get a room next to lobby. They know about the problem but owners are unwilling to fix. Girl checking me in, rude. Area where hotel is, industrial. Cleanliness of room, good! People above me, NOISY! I had to leave for the day, came back and looked like someone unzipped my suitcase halfway, my laptop was poking out too. I don't think anything was taken. Breakfast was dismal.
