My friend and I recently stayed at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel is in a good location..close to both bus and train service.

This is rated a 3 star hotel but should be moved up to a 4 star. Everything was perfect. Excellent food and facilities. WE loved our stay. If you have a car the loction is great for traveling around to other towns. In all the years of traveling Europe this is the best hotel we have ever satyed in and the price was that of a one star.

This is a very nice hotel in all respects except for the small air conditioning unit which is not large enough to cool the room. A great place to stay unless you are going in the middle of a heat wave in summer!

"Great hotel, great price!"
I stayed in the Goldene Krone hotel for 4 nights in February. I was on a business trip, so was up early and out late every night. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, conveniently located within walking distance of anywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast was very nicely prepared, the staff is very friendly (and fully tri-lingual - Italian, German, and […] English), and all for a very nice price, even in the height of ski season! One warning: the internet does shut down at midnight (and it costs 0.08 Euro cents per minute), so if you are a late night worker, this is something that you will need to keep in mind. Read more
