We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. If we turned the heat on it got very hot very quickly and then we had to turn it off and let it get cool again before starting the process again :-) Overall, good value and we would stay again. Thank you so very much to the desk staff who allowed us to check out a little late because we were freezing cold and soaked through after the marathon - very much appreciated :-)

We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

I was here for a curling (not golf) event. The room could use a face lift. It's age is showing. But it was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would return.

Great location in historic downtown Edgartown, 1 block to Main Street. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. Short walk to Light House Beach and Fuller Street Beach and public transportation.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location is outstanding. The staff was pleasant, but I could not find (and never did) the office or... registration area. After a few walks around, I found the hotel staff on the pic nic bench out back. They kindly showed me to my room and that was that. Never saw them again. I did not need to becasue I was familiar with the island, but a new comer to MV might want a bit more interaction or at least to know how to find staff if help was needed. The room was serviceable. The church bells rang every hour which kept me awake all night. I saw other hotels that were much nicer for the same cost.....
