Overall it was a great hotel, with a good / central location, clean rooms and friendly staff but we found the diner menu a bit limited and expensive for very good but small portions. I would recommend the hotel and breakfast, but eat dinner elsewhere.

all was perfect; you can't go wrong; it has character; if you expect a sterile Hilton or plush Hyatt, it is not; for outdoor people and for a rustic environment in one of the best hiking areas of the world - it's what you need!

My daughter and I stayed in February for a short 3 nights skiing vacation. Our room was comfortable, the room itself traditional, the bathroom recently renovated. The hotel personnel was very helpful and smiling. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the one dinner we took in the hotel very good and reasonably priced for Zermatt. There is a warm room for skis and ski boots and you can ski down to the hotel from the nearest skiing area.

Great little hotel. We were a little scared to book something that wasnt in walking distance from the train station but it worked out great. The tourist desk in the station showed us the easy way to get there. Just a quick bus ride to the Brie stop and a short little walk up the hill. Wish we had more time to extend our stay but will be back for sure.

"All alone"
We arrived after dark and almost missed this hotel as there were no lights on outside. The sign was painted on the side of the hotel and lit by motion sensor lights only. The desk was only manned at check-in and breakfast. The room was roomy and clean with a lovely view, but there was no fridge/mini bar and toiletries weren't replenished our second […] night. The Staff were very friendly, helpful and relaxed. the room we had was great, with good private shower and toilet and the room actually had a double bed, not just 2 single beds. Breakfast was good and made getting on the slopes alot easier. great value.
Mycket trevlig och tjänstvillig personal.
Das Zimmer war nicht hergerichtet. Das Hotel sieht aus als währe es geschlossen. ( Finster ) Eingang Baustelle. Nicht sehr freundlich . Positiv: ist sehr günstig.

El Hotel estaba en remodelacion y nadie nos lo informo! No habia ningun personal para atendernos! el comedor y el bar cerrado!! No habia facilidades para recojer los huspedes! "Angenehems Hotel"
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehemen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Das Hotel liegt im hinteren Teil von Saas Fee, durchen gratis Ortsbus ist aber alles sehr rasch erreichbar.

Hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeber, die sich nicht scheuen auch am Heiligabend ein Glas mit den Gästen zu trinken. Grosse helle Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse und schöner Aussicht auf die Berge, einfache aber komplette Einrichtung. Sehr ruhige Lage, dafür aber relativ weit entfernt von den Skiliften. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Hotellet var generelt meget trist, vi så intet personale før til morgenmaden. Vi boede på et familieværelse med 4 senge. På balkonen var der alene 1 stk plastic havestol. Udvendig var hotellet ikke vedligeholdt og ukrudtet stod højt. Udvalget på morgenbuffen var rimeligt, men mælken til den varme cacao var sur.

"Das Hotel All In ist sehr ruhig"
Familie Zurbriggen ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen
