The hotel featured spacious, affordable suites which was the main reason for the selection of this hotel. The property sits right off I15 so it was... convenient but there was significant road noise. The place was packed with other family travelers so it was very family friendly. The biggest drawback was the speed of the elevators - extremely slow. Great room. We stayed in the King studio. Loved that it had a full kitchen even though we didn't get to use it this trip. Sectional sofa is comfortable for lounging or watching TV. Flat screen swivels so you can watch from the sofa or from bed. WiFi worked great and we appreciated the desk area. Room was relatively quiet, didn't even notice the freeway […] nearby. We were not directly in front of the freeway, but were on the north side. Service was great. This was my first experience with the Hyatt House. I would strongly recommend this hotel. The room was exceptional and the staff friendly and informative. This hotel offers many amenities and, although it was quiet, it was close to the freeway and afforded easy access to many places.

Staff friendly and patient and accommodating when I had to call Hotel.com to straighten out a reservation error (mine). BTW, kudos to hotel.com customer service as well. Breakfast excellent, though I wish they had vegetarian sausages. Plan to stay again when we come back.

Room was fully updated, very clean, and suited our needs very nicely. The kitchen and everything else was quite modern and exceeded our expectations. Next to the interstate but noise level was fine in our room and the location is convenient to Cottonwood Canyon skiing. Looking forward to staying there again.

We reserved a "2 bedroom trio". Our family was pleasantly surprised as the rooms were spacious, well set up for 5 people, could have had 6 here. Full kitchen was great, though a complimentary breakfast buffet was offered each morning, hot and cold foods, and a social hour in the evening during the week with complimentary drinks, chips and dips,cookies, […] salad makings, soups, veggies and dips. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub looked wonderful, though we were not brave enough to use it this trip, temps in the teens. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious, Every staff member we encountered was polite. We didn't want our rooms cleaned or made up until after we checked out, and no one disturbed us with knocks on the door in the AM. My request for more shampoo and towels on day 3 of 5 was immediately fulfilled. Will stay here again when we visit SLC. Read more

At the front desk I was treated like royalty. The evening social staff was very accommodating. My room was very large and functional. The only drawback was that this Hyatt House is in Utah and the weather was COLD. I don't do well at 2 degrees above zero :)

Our room had two bedrooms plus a good sized kitchen and living room. Perfect place to stay for a family with 4 or more. Well kept, nice amenities and good breakfast for a reasonable price.

Very good value for a very comfortable room. Staff was very helpful (recommending the pizza delivery, providing shuttle to and from local transit facility, etc). Breakfast buffet and evening cocktail hour (including delicious appetizers) was great. Best for me, though, was the heated pool and hot tub: most excellent after a long day skiing.

We only stayed one night after about 26 hours travel time from overseas and had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, room was comfortable, breakfast was really good, and it's in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

This was an amazing room for the price! Our room had a full kitchenette, a nice sitting area, comfortable bed, and huge shower. The buffet breakfast was good. My favorite feature was the outdoor heated pool - it was fabulous!

Since we were staying for just a short time it would have been nice if when cleaning the room additional shampoo and conditioner were left in the room. In addition there was a shortage of towels. When a room is reserved for 4 guests it would be nice to have at least one towel for each person. We had to request additional towels on a daily basis.
