was not aware of hotel renovations going on, wouldn't have stayed if I had known. Walls were thin, could hear snoring and talking all through the night from the room next to us.

The motel was nice. The staff was friendly. The room smelled musty but putting the air conditioner on cleared it up. The breakfast wasn't what I had hoped for - there were not enough healthy choices. All in all, I would stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel early August. The hotel was clean and I really had no problem with the building itself. The problem was with the staff!!!! I fogot some clothing items and a jewelry bag. Upon return home, I called immediatley and all my items were there but somehow my jewelry disappeared by the next day. Long story short, the management at this […] location "was offended" that I was suggesting someone there had something to do with the disappearance of my jewelry. The manager NEVER called me back despite 2 messages to call me. I called the corporate headquarters and since this location independently owned and operated, they could not help me. Stealing is accepted at this hotel! I did leave clothing and jewelry by mistake and realize I will never see the jewelry again, but the purpose of this review is to let you know how this situation was handled and I hope you avoid staying here. There are not a lot of choices for hotels in this area. The first room we were assigned shared a room with the fitness center. We could hear the treadmill thumping very loudly. The general condition of the hotel and room was worn but it was basically ok. The bed skirt on one of the beds in our room was torn. The doors on the armoire would not fully close. There aren't many hotel options in the Fayetteville area. I would likely not stay at this hotel again if there were other options.

There is no generator for the hotel and the day when we reached there was no power in the city and we struggled for the breakfast. It can be maintained better than the existing condition. I liked the facilities provided in the room tv, fridge, oven.

This hotel is in the process of becoming what we know as te Comfort Inn. There were some missing pieces such as th WiFi but other than that it was a great place to stay. When asked about the WiFi we were told that it was going to be in place soon.

This is a new construction with all-new furnishings. The front desk service was very efficient and accommodating (of a request to switch rooms to the back side of the building). The complimentary breakfast is well above average. The two-double-bed room, however, was too small for all the furnishings: No way for two people to move around in the room […] at the same time. The bathroom layout and fixtures were certainly not consistent with the room rate. My make-or-break concern is that the place reeks of cigarette smoke. No matter that every room that I saw had a "no smoking" sign on the door. The smell in the hallways was very offensive, and the smell seeped into our room both nights. It was so pervasive that I didn't even bother mentioning it to the front desk. They must know that the signs are being ignored. I was impressed by a $100 no smoking violation fine that I had to agree to at another ChoiceHotels facility recently. This ChoiceHotels Comfort Inn needs to adopt that practice. I won't go back. While out at dinner our room was invaded by small beetles that looked a lot like ladybugs but were orange instead of red. We were given a new room across the hall. That room had a few bugs too but we just lived with it. The bathroom smelled mildewy. The beds were okay. The pool was super small. They did have a waffle maker!

To find the hotel, u must call them for directions!!! I googled it and we were sooooo lost! It told us to take 16, when we should have stayed on 19. Duh. Anyways, staff was awesome and beds were so comfy! Loved it! Plus, it wasn't that far away from our rafting trip location!

As stated above, hotel was brand new. Room very nice, workout facility was small but they had one and had free wifi in the rooms which was hady. Breakfast saved us a lot of hassel and some cash. Very nice.

The address listed appears incorrectly on the GPS as well as Google Maps. As such its hard to find this place. We requested a non-smoking room but it was too close to the smoking section that we had to wade through a puff of smoke.
