Very unhappy staff. you could tell by lack of service, not very friendly, just doing the very basics. The pool area looks inviting but not much else. Hallway linger with empty dishes for days. Hard to get a drink at poolside bar either no ones there or their closed for business. Staff don't go out of their way it's like your inconveniencing them and […] we've paid our money for what? The lobby area is clean, but our room was in a dark hallway A used plate of shrimp, noodles and veggies layed in the hall for 3 days! Our room was left unlocked by the maid when we were gone overnight to Bangkok. When l spoke to the manager, she called the head housekeeper and the maintainence to teach me how to operate the lock - her English was so […] rudimentary, she didn't understand what the problem was. The bathroom was full of black mold and the hinge area of the toilet seat was filthy and had not been cleaned in a while. Coffee was slopped on the kettle base and dried there. A glass shelf was only dusted at the front, the short maid couldn't reach to the back of the shelf, so that had a nice thick build up of dirt. The lights around the makeup mirror were both burnt out. When my cardkey wouldn't work, they wouldn't re-key it - it ws the last day, so all they would do is let me in with the passkey. Apparently you pay until noon, but you don't have in out priviledges on the last day. The men's room by the pool was so filthy, my husband refused to use it. No was the only English spoken by the staff. Please stay elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the lovely pictures - the pool area is lovely.They call it a resort and spa, and there is a large poster up by the pool bar with treatments. When hubby asked for an appointment for a massage, he was told 'NO, GO OUT ON THE STREET AND FIND.' Unfortunately, the staff will ruin your visit. Read more

The receptionist was non attentive and kept dealing with other issues with her colleague during the check-in process. I was then taken to Room 820. No sooner had the bell boy opened the door to the room he advised me the room had two single beds. This was despite my booking a double bed. Why the receptionist could not tell me this was beyond me. The […] bathroom was grubby with mold on the shower curtain. The shower sprayed everywhere from behind the shower head. The shower water temperature was variable, from luke warm to cold. The drains were very noisy. I tried to change my room for one with a double bed on three separate occasions. Each time I was given a date when I could change my room and each time when that date came around I was told a room was not available. There were major construction works right across the street from my room. The noise was incessant with electric saws and grinders being used throught the day. Construction work started at 7:15 AM and finished at 7:00 PM. No chance to sleep in. Construction dust was everywhere and blanketed my balcony so I had to keep the balcony door closed. The hotel advertises either pool or garden views from each room. The garden view that I had was a strip of gravel about 8 feet wide to a wall with one tree and beyond that a road and of course the construction site. The room that I booked also came with breakfast for two. Well, the hotel would not honour that either. I was advised that breakfast was for only one person. Read more

Very nice but a little bit far from the main pattaya beach street unfortunately had iPhone stolen from room be careful to lock your balcony door yummy buffet breakfast clean pool no Aussies just Russians and Germans staying here but most of pattaya is the same

Loma Resort & Spa is in a great location - 5 minutes walk from a good beach and 5 minutes from the bars and restaurants. As a couple, this was the best spot in Pattaya. If you want to go to the crazy part of town, it's 15 minutes ride on a 20baht bus to "Walking Street." Although very popular, this area was not for us! Hotel pool is quiet and relaxing […] and the staff are polite. The variety at breakfast is sufficient. Recommend the bar at the top of the street next to the "Blue's bar." They have a great band and the staff treat you really well. Don't be afraid if you are a couple - we were made most welcome. Similarly, try the food off the street stalls as it is generally very good quality and value. If there is no seating at the stall, take it to a nearby bar and order a drink - you will be made most welcome. Recommend taking an excursion to "Noong Nooch Park." You may not see much of the park but there is an excellent cultural show and elephant entertainment! Tiffany show is a fun way to spend an evening. Search out the best prices for tickets at the street stalls offering taxi services and the like - compare and barter. They are very efficient. Pattaya is not geared up for families. It is not for the timid or faint of heart! However, the people are enchanting and Loma Resort well situated. We had a Super holiday. Read more

Hotel Loma. Ein Russenhotel ohne Anstand die meinen sie seien die einzigen Läute . Für sie gilt geiz ist geil.und auch schon wie Sie mit den Thais umgehen unterste Schublade. Das Hotel selbst war sehr alt hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Einzig das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen. Bei meinem Freund waren noch Taschen […] vom Vorgänger im Zimmer und war nicht gereinigt. Mir tut nur das Personal leid . Blisko do plaży i do głównej ulicy. Mnóstwo knajp, sklepów, masazy, itp. Polecam knajpę Shabu sygnowaną logo Oishi (w Central Center), znanej sieci. Middel niveau på renlighed, komfort & vedligeholdelse opvejes rigeligt af prisen samt det faktum at hotellet ligger lidt væk fra det kaotiske miljø i centrum, hvilket rent faktisk gør det til en børne-beboelig mulighed. Ville helt klart vælge samme eller lignende hotel standard/beliggenhed ved evt. fremtidigt besøg med familien.

Hotel ist ok,Pool und Garten traumhaft,Zimmer abgewohnt und das Bad ist alt und nicht so sauber.Die Lage ist ziemlich schlecht weil es soweit abseits liegt und in den dunklen Strassen zum Hotel andauernd Überfälle stattfinden.

Ud fra prisen er det et ok hotel. Morgenmaden er ok. Men det er et slidt hotel. Poolen er dejlig, dog er der ikke nok solsenge til alle. Så skal man have en plads i solen skal man op at reservere en Solseng inden kl 7.00 eller før. Hotellet ligger lidt uden for Pattaya, der bruges derfor noget på Taxa. Det er et roligt hotel også om natten. Blandt gæsterne […] var der ingen børn, det er ikke vores indtryk at børnefamilier er blandt hotellets målgruppe. De fleste gæster er senior gæster. Read more

2010年5月タクシン派の暴動真っ只中に行きました。　2009年年末に初めて利用し、その時は一泊だけでしたが自然に囲まれ、建物や部屋全体がベージュっぽい色でとても落ち着きがありパタヤの騒然とした雰囲気とは別世界でとても気に入り今回もお世話になりました。　空港からタクシーで早朝（6時過ぎ位かな）に到着。前回同様、アーリーチェックインも問題なしでした。勿論追加無し。　２Ｆの部屋でベランダはやはりエアコンの室外機の音で少々うるさいかも。　ホテル全体に木が多く生茂ってるせいで枯れ葉が通路に落ちてそのままになってたり、シャワーの温度調整に少々コツがいることやアメニティがイマイチだったりしますがそんなことはマイペンライです。そんなことよりもプールでのんびりしたり、この価格で十分「リゾート」を満喫出来ます […] 。　あぁ～また行きたい・・・ Read more
