Why can't there be a comfortable chair to sit in? The sofa was a sleeper wher the springs were sprung.

Quiet location. Great staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Easy route to sights, shows, shopping, restaurants. Beautiful room with comfy bed, good breakfast with friendly crew who tended to spoil me. Recommend it highly.

Hot breakfast room was great, had a place to sit and relax with kids before going out. Indoor pool was great..could have been hotter but was okay and kids enjoyed..stayed open late too! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly on all levels. Would stay again... exceeded expectations especially for the price.
Location.
Situated in Branson, JR's Motor Inn is close to 76 Music Hall, Dixie Stampede Dinner Theater, and Veterans Memorial Museum. Also nearby are Hollywood Wax Musuem and Titanic Museum.

Beware of motel's policy on pets before reserving room. Was told by booking agency that the motel was pet friendly. After arriving the motel management advised that they did not except pets at all but would make an exception this one time.
"JR Motel in Branson"
The toilet didn't work when we first got there. The next morning the shower was barely a sprinkle, not a shower. The bathroom was clean except for all the dead bugs behind the door. After notifying th manager/owner a gift certificate for another nights stay was given, but I'll pass. NO THanks!

Skip breakfast but all else fine.

There are some lights OUT on the JR Motor Inn sign. We have stayed with JR two times and plan on coming back in the Fall. We also recommended it to our kids and they have stayed with you. VERY NICE
"need a shower"
after listening to manager for 20 min. i had, had enough of the complaining. no dogs were not on reservations had to change rooms. not just one but both rooms reserved. yet we saw 6 other dogs while there. We had to clean the shower before using it and shower head at 5 ft nothing doesn't even come to my shoulders.(wasn't that fun). "older but good"
the motel is older, but pretty well kept up, the rooms were clean, everything worked, its was quiet, front desk people were polite and helpful, its on the strip so we were close to shows and eating places. would stay there again.
