The location is excellent and the people, check in and shuttle driver, were terrific. Eat before you get there because they don't have a restaurant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I went to Aloft with a friend and we both loved the hotel. The room was cute and cozy. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would go back to Aloft next time we are in Philly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
1. The hardest bed I ever slept on so I will never stay there again. 2. We had a problem with the air in room. It was too hot. 1st night I asked and they told me it takes a while to kick on. It never did so we sweated all night. Next day I called while we were out and they said they would set the temp. They didn't. When I returned at night, I called […] down to ask for someone to come to room. 45 minutes later, no one came so I went down to lobby. They said they would send someone up. They sent to wrong room. So had to go down again and waited for service man and walked him back to my room. The girl at the front desk felt bad and gave me free parking and did not charge us for breakfast. "A comfortable place to stay"
This hotel is beginning to show a little wear but not surprising since the hotel is at the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really like the option of 'going green' no service of room during your stay in exchange for points or a free drink. It would be nice if there were more options for meals than the other two Sheraton hotels.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Modern looking design but dirty"
Rejected first room for loud ac unit but second room had same issue and stained sheets on bed. Thank God second room had two beds! Carpets in the hallway were filthly, and when I checked out, they said they were under construction. Why can't they vacuum??Genuine Expedia guest review
King room closet is so small it is virtually impossible for a couple staying more than one night plus zero dresser drawers! Think "minimalist".Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Happy Dog Hotel"
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accomadating. For some reason the carpet out side of the bathroom was wet, i am not sure if there was a shower leak or they shampooed the carpet and it was still wet. Any way it was late and I was tired when i got there so I did not complain. This is a dog friendly hotel and it was a perfect place to […] bring her. "Aloft in Philadephia"
The hotel itself was super nice. Staff was great and extremely helpful. The other guests at the hotel weren't the greatest - one got in a screaming match with a cleaning lady, others were just unpleasant or loud, but obviously that's not the hotel's fault. Parking was confusing but at least totally secure, and there wasn't much around the hotel, but […] it's close to the highway. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept - the only strange thing was that in our room, there was a frosted window in the shower that had the imprint of a woman who had been pressed up against it, sssso that was kind of weird. Overall a really nice place though. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"All the right amenities"
When you only have one night in a hotel near the airport, it might as well be cute. We only had 12 hours there so it was great to be able to take a soak in the pool and get 30 minutes in at the gym. If we had had another hour, we might have even played a round of pool until our ride arrived.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Completely satisfied & planning to stay again"
My partner and I stayed here while she was visiting me from Boston. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and room. It was great! The room was completely clean. The hotel and room were very new looking and modern. The lobby area also had a nightclub looking bar area, pool table and couches which we really liked. They also have a little store where […] you can buy snacks. The parking at the hotel is gated which can get annoying when trying to come and go. We weren't really understanding if the parking was free or $12. The hotel is located in the general area of the airport on a street with about 5 other hotels. The only complaint we would have is the price is a little steep. But other than that, we were completely satisfied. We are already planning to stay there again next time she comes to visit! "Clean but not Quiet"
Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the rooms are NOT well soundproofed. Was on the second floor and could hear everything from the lobby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Enjoyed my stay at ALOFT. It is clean!!! Which I valued the most. On the other hand, there are additional fees for expensive breakfast and parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Cool hotel. Nothing nearby but the other hotels and the airport. Hipster vibe and ok for families, but thinks like no tub, unheated pool make it tougher for us. Married? Single? Like to pay for meals and drive everywhere? Knock yourself out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

They overbooked the hotel and after a long trip we waited for an hr for them to send us to their sister property Sheraton Suites. "Good option 15 mins from city center"
Didn't want to blow my hotel budget by staying in center city. The A-loft hotel is about 15 minutes away and charges for parking, but I was still able to get a great rate on a room. The facility is modern and beautiful and the rooms spotless. They offer free coffee for guests, but everything else carries a big price tag. Gym was a bit better than adequate. […] I wish they had better amenities for SPG Gold members - no room upgrades available at this location as all the rooms are the same. I was given the option of starpoints or $10 credit on drinks/food at the property. The area is nothing to write home about. Basically its a good airport hotel and/or a way to save some money rather than staying in center city. You will need a car and be prepared to pay for parking. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Management should take a little more notice"
Not really impressed. The concept was good, but the execution was very poor. I arrived to a hotel with a hallway that wasn't even vacuumed. Not acceptable in any hotel. The second night, still not vacuumed...... On top of that, the walls needed some attention. It looked like someone took their keys the entire length of the wall. I know this costs money […] to fix, but it looks really bad. Also in the room, there were several little nicks all around, including a spot on the ceiling that needed some touch-up paint. Touch-up paint is easy. Lots of other little things that have been left undone. On my first morning, I had to take a cold shower. I let the front desk know on my way out that day. I'm really disappointed there wasn't even an apology, just "We just reset the boilers". Also, don't expect any kind of hot breakfast. The menu item posted in large letters over the food area that states "Hot Breakfast Sandwich $5" is there just to tease you. When I asked the front desk, they said they weren't doing it anymore. If they aren't doing it any more, then why is it still there in big letters. Oh well, at least the Four Points and Sheraton Suites had hot breakfast and both were in walking distance. "close to airport"
The hotel is fine, but was finishing bathroom renovations, which we were unaware of before we arrived. We ended up with two rooms that had not yet had bathrooms renovated. They were not awful; however, the hot water did not work in the morning, so we were forced to take cold showers before our business meetings. Not the end of the world and the staff […] was super nice. However, we were not offered anything in the form of compensation...comping our drinks at the bar or parking would have been a nice gesture. "Poorly Maintained/Poor Service"
Upon arriving at the hotel I was amazed to find out that it cost $12 to park in the HOTEL OWNED parking lot! The hotel was suprisingly dirty for a newer hotel. Next, I tried to print our boarding pass for our flight the following day but the printers weren't "set up" yet. I was told to walk across the street to another hotel if I wanted to print. Really????? […] The final straw was a conversation I overheard while sitting in the lobby reading the newspaper. A hotel employee called a guest (not present) an "idiot" multiple times because he was unsure of the parking process. This is UNACCEPTABLE in the service industry. "Showing some wear and tear"
I love staying at this hotel chain. They checked me in on the first floor, and it smelled very musty in the hallway near the room. I was too tired to complain, because it was late at night. I think this was because of the swimming pool. The carpet was well-worn and the sink and bathroom area very dirty grout in between the brick flooring. I showered […] in the morning and realized later that the water had seeped into the main area and into the carpet. I checked out and inform them of this. I think they need to keep the rooms in a state of better maintenance. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Clean and Restful"
Last weekend made the second time that I stayed at Aloft. Both times I was quite pleased with my rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. My only complaint is the parking fee of $12 per day. I believe that fee should be validated for one's stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean and comfortable"
A nice place to stay if you are not bent on having complimentary parking and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. A nice size pool on site, along with a bar, modern lounge, and an expensive snack bar. I would stay again if the rate is reasonable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The A Loft staff were great and very polite. It was very easy at check in and the room was easy to find. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and modern hotel. I will definitely be there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed overnight at the Aloft before flying out for a romantic getaway to Jamaica. "Stay here only if you're stuck at the airport"
The first front desk clerk was great--the overnight clerk was not helpful. The floors are FILTHY. I needed a blanket and an order out menu, they never brought it so I had to go get it. The clerk comes out with a sheet, citing they had run out of blankets. The first clerk walked out and found out I'd never had my request fulfilled so she said dinner […] was on them. They brought the dinner, cold, and without silverware. I took 5 sheets to make up for the blanket. Both clerks confirmed that they don't have housekeeping and they are always full. Well if you are always full, you are making money, hire a full time housekeeper--the entire hotel is FILTHY and in disrepair. Icing on the cake, I'm rushing to a meeting and I can't get out the front gate. I run back into the hotel and she tells me to use my room key. I turned in my room key when I checked out. Oh. She hands me a ticket. Jeez. Thx. As nonchalant as the day is long. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Need to do better"
I use to stay at the Aloft a lot so I decided to book this Hotel. I booked a room for a king size bed but was given a room with double beds. The bathroom shower area had a very strong sewer odor ( not sure what that was). Other than that the hotel overall is very up to date and stylish.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Lovely hotel close to airport and a short drive to Philadelphia. Not too far from a casino I googled either. 10 mins if your a gambler. Only bad thing was I accidentally got off on the second floor instead of the 3rd floor and walked into a bunch of drunken teens and cloud of pot smoke.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I wish I had something real to say about this hotel. I was very disappointed in the service. It created a major inconvenience for my fiance and I after a full day of activities and a long drive with the purpose of celebrating his birthday. When we arrived at the hotel which we booked about 4 months in advanced, we were told that they "oversold" and […] we were left we two options. Either a room with a hole in it, or a room that smelled like smoke. It didn't make it any easier that my fiance is diabetic. As exhausted as we were, we considered the room with the hole in it. We waited over an hour just to see the room and didn't even get that far. Finally we agreed to get transferred to the hotel across the street, "Four Points" by the Sheraton. Unfortunately we had to settle for less and stay at this other hotel. I would not recommend or revisit this hotel again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall this is a decent hotel. The staff is very friendly and directed is to where some of the best nightlife is. We did have a few mishaps that included: the room door not lock by itself (it took almost an hour to fix this problem), the carpets were pretty stained, the sink leaked pretty bad, and the direct tv needs to go. All these problems can be […] fixed, but despite the mishaps we enjoyed our first time in Philly. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
