Reception's desk professional greetings was great. We liked the extra touch of complimentary Cappuccino and the like. The hotel appears to be quite new. The furniture has been well thaught of, we liked the crescent shaped dining room table, the mobile TV console, and the couch/comfortable bed. The short walk to the old city is the definite asset. Adagio Annecy Centre is a very clean elegent hotel. The staff are very friendly and always at your assistance. The room is spacious as we were 4 members of a family and we stayed in one room. the locations is excellent near the train terminal and bus terminal. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has some great features but had some drawbacks as well. The positive aspects were offset by problems which made our stay, while ok, less than superlative. The hotel is conveniently only a block away from a Monoprix and very close to the Old Town and attractions, as well as being only a couple of blocks from the train station, but the neighborhood […] itself is ever so slightly seedy. Our room was large, obviously inexpensively but reasonably well furnished, but it had been a very, very long time since the air ducts and filters were cleaned. We walked into a very dusty room. I am sorry to say I am not a neat freak so please don't think I'm fussy -- sorry Mom if you are reading this. I assumed that it hadn't been cleaned properly, but I was wrong since the dust returned every day. So hooray that they are cleaning but not good that the air system was so poor. Likewise the bathroom was generously large with a lovely tub, but the shower door didn't work so the bathroom flooded a bit every time we showered. The one laundry machine that serves the entire hotel was out of service and we got stuck going to the laundromat. Our impression was that it had been out of service for a long time. Overall the room was functional, more or less, but not charming or special in any way. A good utilitarian pick. My husband and I love the opportunity to cook in, so we'd stay here again, but likely only if we couldn't find somewhere else with kitchen facilities. Read more

It really depends on the type of room you choose as to the comfort of this hote. A room for 2 is basically a pullout sofa, very small room which has no room to walk around if the sofa is out. This hotel is great. Located very close to Old Town (the area you want to stay). We have two small kids and the room was spacious, had a nice balcony, sink, stove, refrigerator and nice bathroom. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone traveling with a family.

When we arrived at the hotel (near midnight) there was nobody available at reception for about 10 mins. As a result we could not access the car park. The only pro-active contact from the hotel was to check we were leaving, they were very prompt at this.

Lovely hotel. Not so close to the centre but fine to walk there. 15 minutes-ish. Sofa bed in room, but it was fine. Great underground parking. The only thing was that the hotel was difficult to find, even with Sat Nav!

I travelled with my Mum and partner and had booked a family (3 people) room. We were pleasantly surprised by the space in the room which was bigger than an average studio. Some sliding panels allowed the room to be transformed into 2 if needed. The room was very clean and we had all the necessary amenities to cook. Toinen kerta tässä hotellissa. Edelleen toimii hyvin. Huoneen vaihto lennosta opnnistui mutkitta ja huone oli hyvä. Mitään muita palveluita ei tullut käytettyä kuin aamupalaa, joka oli ihan toimiva, ei mitään ihmeellistä.

Après avoir lu les avis sur les chambres pour 2, j'avais quelques appréhensions, surtout pour un sejour de 4 nuits. Mais bonne surprise ! Certes il n'y a pas de lit a proprement dit mais un canapé lit confortable, une ambiance nid douillet. Tout le nécessaire pour deux, une jolie salle de bain avec un plus pour les gel douche eco en Pompe fournis. Cuisine […] bien équipée, lave vaisselle, éponge, torchon fournis, apart propre, grand placard pour les valises, personnel sympa et a l'écoute. Côté situation a 5m du centre a pied, mono prix a 2 pas pour les courses. Chambres bien isolée, pas un bruit. Super quoi ! Nous étions 4 personnes pour une chambre prévue pour 4 , mais la surface s'avère très limite pour 4. D'autre part le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et le lavabo était bouché. Je trouve que pour ce type d’hôtel, ce n'est pas admissible. La prestation n'est pas a la hauteur. Les femmes de ménage pourrait le signaler a chaque nettoyage.

Das Hotel war super, aber wenn man mit dem Rollstuhl auf den Balkon möchte, ist dies nicht möglich. Ich kann noch ein wenig gehen, aber für eine querschnittgelähmte Person müssten im Bad noch eine Armklappe für die Toilette vorhanden sein.
