The Don Miguel was a most confortable and convienent hotel. The staff was the best and the dining experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend it too all my friends. I look forward to the next time I am in the country for an extended stay there.

The reason we choose this hotel was because we had to catch a plane at 8AM and it was promoted that there was a van service to take us to the airport, but what was not comunicated before was that there was no service early in the morning so we had to pay 20 euros for a taxi.

huge apartment rooms with spacious balconies. downside is hotel doesn't face the ocean. front desk wasn't too knowledgable when we asked questions but we were able to figure everything out. Amenities were great!

Really nice hotel in the picturesque area of Agaete. Brilliant breakfast included in the price, everything else is very expensive at the hotel, f.ex. the spa, massage, dinner etc.

We stayed here lured by the pictures and the location did not disappoint - amazing views of the mountains and valleys. The drive up/down is not for the faint of heart - very skinny cliff roads with many switch-backs and need to look out for bikers and locals passing you (and barely enough space for two cars most of the way) - but it is worth it (including the drive if you are able to relax enough to enjoy it). The hotel is by itself perched above the very small San Bartolome village, and there is little to do up there other than enjoy the view, hike/bike, or take advantage of the hotel facilities (with a very nice spa, pool, gym, and tennis courts). We preferred to drive down to the shore during the day (takes around 30 minutes due to the roads) and escape to the mountains for the evening. As many on here have said, the food is not great, especially the buffet (which should be expected - not sure there is such a thing as a "good" buffet). However, ordering a la carte, the food is much better and likely cheaper than the buffet anyways. So, steering clear of the buffet dinner (breakfast is standard European buffet and is perfectly acceptable), there is little not to like about the place. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable, room was lacking in a few ways (no wireless - only in the lobby area, no corkscrews, very small tv), but all forgivable given the location (and that it's Europe, where few hotels have the standard amenities Americans are used to getting in decent hotels).

Ett normalt bra hotell i Puerto Rico. Bra läge nära centrum, förvisso som det är på denna ort höjdskilnader så tillbakavägen till hotellet är så klart jobbig. Katterna på området är inga problem och kanske orsaken till att man inte ser några djur man inte vill ha. Det vi kan klaga på är slitna solstolar o kall pool.

Soverommet er bra sjermet for støy utenfra...Terassen er grei, bra sjermet fra naboleiligheten...Fin utsikt fra terassen over puertorico... Det er en plass for fusjonsfriske da det er mye trapper.. Vi er vell voksene og det syns jeg det passer […] best til. Det er mye trapper over alt i puertorico...Basengområde er reint og greit..Leiligheten er sparsomt utstyrt hvis en skal være der noen uker...Det virket trykt å bo, da det var døgnvakt,,,Greit at vi kunne kjøpe det mest nødvendige i butikken.... Bättre än förväntat sen finns det många hotell i närheten att jmfr pris och prestanda med. Många katter och lite trappor men det var inget problem. Vänliga och bra städning, lite olika kvalite på sängarna en del bättre än andra, vi hade stort familjerum. Si och så med engelskan och förståelsen vid incheckning.

Skulle bo der 10 dager men vi flyttet ut etter 4 dager. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var elendig og de forlangte at vi skulle legge igjen nøkkelen når vi gikk ut av hotellet. Da vi ikke gjorde det ble vi "utsatt" for litt "trenering" at vi fikk nesten ikke toalettpapir og rommet ble ikke rengjordt bra nok. Jeg har vært i Puerto Rico på ferie ca 55 ganger […] helt siden 1984 så jeg er ikke ukjent med standaren på de forskjellige hotellene. Det er første gang jeg har byttet hotell under ferien min. For første gang måtte vi betale leie for kattetrakter 1,5 euro pr dag!!!! Veldig lytt slik at vi følte naboen satt på sengekanten våres om natta. Styr unna dette hotellet selv om det er billig. 2 spanske familier flyttet også ut sammadag som oss!! Read more

Helt grei standard. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Mye trapper, men fin hverdagsmosjon for de som liker å forbruke noe av det som en spiser på seg i løpet av late feriedager. Bassengområdet er fint. Lite sol på balkongen om kvelden, men det er helt greit etter å ha fått såpass mye sol på dagtid. Det gjør også til at det ikke blir så varmt inne. Noe tilårskommet hotell som de fleste andre i Puerto Rico. Ligger på vestsida av dalen, i mårra-sola for dem som liker det. Folk i resepsjonen hele døgnet. Stille og rolig om natta. Litt lydt mellom leilighetene. Dårlig seng i leiligheta jeg hadde. Alt i alt var jeg positivt overraska over standard i forhold til pris.

Stille og roligt hotel, med god udsigt og beliggenhed. Fint og lækkert poolområde, dog ikke opvarmet pool. Lidt kedelig poolbar, der lukkede til aften. Generelt dejligt sted, der passer til prisen, rummelige lejligheder, og nemt til centeret. Dog lidt langt til stranden. Kan man ikke holde til trapperne er taxi meget billigt. Kan sagtens anbefales.

Ja der er mange katte, men de holder sig væk hvis man ikke snakker med dem. Og der er mange trapper, men hvornår har lidt motion været slemt for nogen. Hotellet ligger dejligt tæt på centret, men alligevel så langt væk at man ikke er generet af natte larm. Værelset har hvad man har brug for. Også til at lave mad til en aften på terassen.
