When you first see this motel, you may want to turn around and find another place to stay. While the exterior of the facility is nothing to write home about, and the reception area is actually inside a mini-mart, the rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and odor free, with excellent Internet access. There were even sufficient outlets for charging […] devices. It is also very near the Falls, which would save a $10 parking fee at the park. We were pleased with the room contents and cleanliness. However, we requested a wheelchair accessible room, and this was not wheelchair accessible. One step to enter the room. No grabbars in the bathroom.It was convenient to have the fridge in the room. We drove in from south NY. Took us eight hours and we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check-in at 3pm. The lady at the front desk went to check if any rooms were available and indeed there were, so they let us check in early. The motel looks really cute from the outside, it has a very nice light brick facade and blue doors. The room was very […] nice. It had hard wood floors and two full beds. The bathroom was clean. The flat tv was a nice touch. The whole room looked light and crisp and it was a pleasure to stay in. The walk to the rainbow bridge is five minutes and a little further to the falls attractions. The motel is located on the outskirts but close to everything and that is important. The breakfast is served in the store from 7 until about 10, but that was too early for us, so we didn't take advantage. When we left, i realized about four hour drive later that i left my diamond ring in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they went to look in the room. Thank god they found it. Told me to send a self addressed envelope and they will promptly send it out. I was so happy they were so honest. Overall, it's a really nice place and I would def stay there again on my next trip to Niagara Falls. It doesn't have a pool, but for all the stuff we were doing for the two days we were there, there really wasn't a lot of time to go in to any pools. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The floor was dirty. When I pulled down the blanket and sheets there was a millipede in the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, also.

Very close to the falls, the inside of the room was very nice and worth the money. The outside of the hotel - kinda scary. The "reception" is literally in a convenience store in the parking lot. Hotel was very clean, beds comfortable as heck, washroom very well appointed (shower was amazing). Surrounding area is not the best but that doesn't bother me!!! For the price it was well worth it!!! Shopping district 10 minutes drive, casino 2 minute drive. definitely will stay here again!!!

The motel doesn't look much from the outside, but the room I was in seemed to have been renovated and it was very clean and comfortable with a safe, microwave, hair dryer, iron, cable TV, etc. Quick check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay there again if I'm near the falls for a day or two again.

The service in this motel was outstanding. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet/bathroom was very nice. The motel is within walking distance to the falls and to the bridge leading to the Canadian side of the falls. The only problem with the room is that it is not sound-proof.

Reception was a bit cold at first, but quickly warmed up as we talked them up. Snacks in office are cheap :) Room was great, although remote ch up/down didn't work. Plenty of towels, clean, free coffee, wifi, microwave, fridge. Careful with bottom of beds though, metal hook sticking out (they really should have that covered). Soap and shampoo suck, […] bring your own but will do if you have nothing else. Bonus: hairdryer in bathroom! Neighborhood didn't seem all that safe but then we just needed a place to sleep not explore. Right across the border and 10min drive to outlet mall. Read more

The American side of the falls is not as charming as the Canadian side. Only few inns like this and parking lots. One should definitely go to Canadian side.
