Staff was very friendly. They had late check-in and late check-out, which was super convenient. Parking is very hassle-free. Breakfast buffet in the lobby was also very nice! Would recommend to my friends. Plus, it's not too far from Safari West for those who are interested in checking that out, too!

Hotel was very good. The only problem I had was that room was not clean. I left room at 10 AM and return at 7:00PM and room the room was not clean. Bed and bathroom same as when I left.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. It is very close to the airport which makes it perfect for an early morning flight. There is a fr.ee shuttle to the airport and since it was so early in the morning they had the van warmed up when I got in. There isn't anything around the hotel so you need a car.

Very clean rooms, very easy to control temperature in room. We stayed one night because it was the only hotel in Sonoma county that we could find with an indoor pool. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was an additional $11, kids ate free.

I chose this hotel for the proximity to Safari West -which is about 10 minutes away- and that it had a hot tub area. We have two school age kids it was great to be able to just walk to the movie theater next door one evening for a family movie night. Check-in and check-out was painless and very quick. The only drawback was the continental free breakfast […] was so ridiculous. There were some pastries and fruit salad but fruit had run out and they did not replace so only one of us had enough and we had to share. We were on a bit of a rush and asked for coffee but never got it in the end I had to get up and get it myself. The server had to point out when we sat down that we shouldn't have the continental breakfast for free but expedia made a mistake so they had to honor it. No one said anything like that from the reception when we checked in. it seemed funny as a person how hotel management works for a server to remind us our place. They also had only this person serving the whole restaurant so she was running around like a headless chicken. As we were leaving she brought us the bill that cost 0 but said we could leave her a TIP if we wanted. The second morning we didn't bother with the free continental breakfast and go somewhere that would treat is like we were worthy of good service. Everything else was absolutely fine. Read more

This is a great location in Sonoma Co. Centrally located and just a short trip over the mountain to Calistoga. Hotel was spotless. Front desk was very friendly and welcomed us back each time we arrived. Bar/Bartender was very pleasant. We come to the wine country every Labor Day for a week. We will stay at this location again. Employees were extremely nice, beds were so comfortable. Didn't use the pool but it looked good. Nice to have coffee/tea/hot chocolate available 24 hrs. The food was just so-so. While this hotel is very close to freeway, I heard no freeway noise. Nice little pool and spa. You MUST go to Florence Ave in Sebastopol to see the large sculpture pieces made by a local artist from junk. Another MUST is Wild Flower Bread, in Freestone, app 25 min from this hotel. The Garden Inn is a bit outside of Santa Rosa, but perfectly situated to visit a number of wineries. Staff was friendly, the hotel grounds were very nice, and it is conveniently located right off of US101. If you're looking for something in the area, this is a hotel that provides good value!

It's right next to the pool and the echo noise coming out of it was extremely loud. Kids screaming and having fun (which is normal) was amplified as we tried to take a nap after a long morning bike ride. When we asked for earplugs, the staff simply said, no, we do not have them. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds had great support and the pillows were very cushy! The breakfast buffet on Sunday was delicious and affordable. I have stayed here a couple of times and will continue to do so, especially during high season in the wine country even though it is a bit far from my final destination.

I chose this hotel because of its ratings which are accurate. We came for a wedding north of Healdsburg, but hotels there were too expensive. This hotel isn't cheap, but not nearly the prices of Healdsburg and with the amenities of a nicer hotel. The staff were very helpful. Our original room was located too far down the hall for my elderly mother, […] so they found another close to the elevator. The room was very clean. There was a good desk with internet access which also doubled as a vanity because of the mirror and electrical outlets -- nice for two women traveling together and rarely found. There are only two minor things that could and should be changed considering the price per night: the tissue paper they call toilet paper and at least one more box of tissues for the room itself. This Hilton hotel is located in a nice, quiet area. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. I have enjoyed all of my stays at Hilton hotels, and I really appreciate not paying extra for parking, or for wireless internet access, or other fees that other hotels may try to tack on to your bill.

All in all a great hotel. I myself wasn't a huge fan of their adjustable beds, but my wife loved it, so I guess that's more of a personal preference. Located a few miles north of Santa Rosa, it was a perfect base for our wine tasting trip of Alexander Valley.
