So pleased with the staff that worked here especially Bernadette and Marcel, they were wonderful and so helpful for our entire trip. I stayed here for 9 nights and got to know the staff, we had our dog on the trip and they were friendly and warm to him as well as my 12 year old daughter. It is incredibly clean and the rooms are much better than I imagined they would be considering the rate. I will be moving to the area of this Hyatt and will definitely have friends and family stay here when they come to visit. They do have a gallery menu that is available 24/7 and that was decent considering the price of what was listed. The only downside I would say is that they have a limited staff working sometimes and when you do order off the gallery menu you have to go pick it up at the front desk, but considering it is available 24/7 it wasnt all that much of an inconvenience. There is a great Mexican restaurant that shares the parking lot called Jalapenos as well as several other food and gas stations in the area, including a WAWA right next door. There were not many channels on the TV which was not a huge problem for us as we were mostly out sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hyatt. To my family and I, it became our home away from home and we didnt want to leave!

The room was clean when I got it but this motel still has housekeeping management issues. Day #2 the room was not serviced by 5:00 pm. Front Desk said Housekeeping was working for "several more hours" and it would be. Housekeeping never showed up. Day #3 Housekeeping manager showed up at the door asking if I wanted the bed made, clean towels etc.; making […] it sound like this was not always done. After saying yes the room was serviced several hours later. As I said: there are still housekeeping issues at this motel. On another note: the breakfast is very weak; perhaps the worst economy motel breakfast I have seen. Next time I will stay at Rodeway directly behind this motel that is build identically for several dollars less. Read more

I was running a 5K a few miles from the location of this hotel, which made it very convenient. My party and I were disappointed because we went to check in at 11pm and it took over 45 minutes. That was agonizing. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, though.

The sheets were stained which was gross. The fridge in the room didn't work. The woman at the front desk was friendly but the second woman was rude and ignored our request for extra trowels. We left a sweatshirt in the lobby and She said we could look for it ourselves with no intent to help!

Convenient and friendly front desk is the most I can really say. Stains on towels and sheets as well as tears. wouldn't stay again. Oh they ran out of waffle mix so one of my kids wasn't able to have a waffle for breakfast :(

Not a great experience. Management does not enforce the no smoking policy so that the smoke-free rooms stink, there were no towels in the room, and the TV remote didn't work. It was exchanged for one from another room, resulting that the next guest would get the problem. Not a great place, but could have been if the managers did a better job.
