Ice maker broken on first floor. Desk clerk, a young gentleman, apologized and got me ice from kitchen. Second night the desk clerk, a african american woman, was asked if she could get me some ice from kitchen and she said No, to go to 2nd floor. The room was EXCELLENT, until the main course... The bed. The sofa bed's mattress was actually softer. I received more comfort sleeping on top of the comforter... ON THE FLOOR! Did I mention that this was actually one of their "Suites?" I generally read reviews before I pick a room. Previous reviewers apparently left this part out.

My only concern is when you request a king bed you get a real small room. Otherwise everything else was great. There is lots to do in the area and you are only 15 minutes from the airport without feeling you are still at the airport.

I was disappointed about the stay because upon entering the room we found a tooth that had come out of someone's mouth on the TV stand. We put items in the fridge and did not realize that the fridge was unplugged. The shower was nasty with dried soap on the walls and it was not clean. I would advise anyone to stay here. It is convenient to Camp Creek Parkway and the airport. The staff is friendly, it has shuttle service, free wi-fi, and breakfast.

My husband, 3 year old son, and I spent one night at the hotel. The Camp Creek area is clean and safe and has lots of shopping. There is a Starbucks just down from the hotel. We planned the trip so that we would arrive near check-in time. As soon as we checked in, we went to our king room which was spacious, well-decorated, clean, and easily accessible. […] We then spent about 4 hours in the outdoor pool. Our son loved it. The pool was nice. There were no other guests at the pool for at least the first 3 hours. While in the pool, one of the hotel staff came by and checked the water. After dinner at a nearby restaurant (there were many good options for dinner), we had an enjoyable family evening in our room. The high speed internet was easy to access. The TV and alarm clock were easy to use. The king bed was very comfortable for all three of us. (The hotel does have cots/baby beds, but we wanted to sleep together in the king bed.) The shower was very roomy. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. My husband left at 6:30 am on the complementary airport shuttle. The driver was very kind and efficient. He even took a picture of our family before he took dad to the airport. (Dad was headed to Kenya for a couple of weeks.) We had a nice time at the hotel. I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Camp Creek for future Atlanta airport trips. Read more

Stayed here at start of our trip and at end. Chose it because close to Atlanta Airport and in a safe and quiet area. Very friendly and efficient staff, deskclerk recognised us when we returned after a month travelling and was most helpful.
