I've stayed at this location several times, the staff is always very accommodating, super nice, rooms are clean, breakfast area is clean. Last stay I had to have room changed because mini fridge wasn't working, they offer to change room or give discount. Desk clerk even brought pass to new room up to us - very, very nice. Changed rooms once after finding bathroom dirty. Second room was a little better, still used my own disinfectant to clean the room. Hotel was very dated and room was like an echo chamber. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, but I will not stay here again.

The hotel is in somewhat of a sketchy area. We actually passed it because we didn't see it back behind the liquor store. The hotel was kept up well, but the sheets and pillows had some stains, and the sheets and blankets had holes in them. The desk chair also had stains. The TV was old, some of the channels didn't work. It was fine for one night, but […] I wouldn't want to stay there any longer than that. The breakfast was really small. It didn't offer much of anything except a waffle maker. Even that was a hassle. My husband went to make one and one of the staff members went in front of him to make one for HERSELF. To use the elevator you had to swipe your room key. Maybe some would just think it's a safe hotel, but I thought it was weird. I was very impressed with the proactive and helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel is easy to miss when driving by, as it is set back a bit from the road. That's a plus though when you go to bed and don't hear high speed cars going by. The room was in excellent repair, and the housekeeping service efficient and invisible to us as guests. There are […] two considerations for those visiting for leisure. Ask for a room with a tub, they don't all have them, some are shower style. Also the breakfast while basic and kept clean, is just starches, juice, and apples/oranges. If you need more, you'll have to take a quick ride elsewhere. Nice people , room clean, bed comfy, & everything worked. Had to be the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Huge party in room next to us. went on for hours nobody did anything. Could hear every ice machine, door opening, conversation inside & outside the motel. Cleaning lady walked in on me in my underwear at 9:30 am. This is a good hotel to stay at. We don't have a single complaint. The staff was nice and helpful. I requested a later check out time and they let me without charging extrra. The hotel is in a weird location and next to a convience store but a small shopping center is a short drive away with places to eat.

Okay, lets face it people, this is a "Sleep Inn" it's not the Ritz. That being said it's clean, you have to use your key cards to get in to the hotel (after 10pm,) and to then use the elevator you have to use your key card as well - aka it's totally safe. It's also off the heavy trafic streets and surrounded by a greenbelt, it's next to a church and […] a totally getto convienience store (my how convienient.) This hotel was easy to find coming from Reagan with a rental car that had a gps. It was also a $40 cab ride (= 30minute,) to downtown. I'd recommend this hotel and I'll totally stay here again. I found the hotel to be quiet lovely. It is a brand new place, so the room and the linens looked new. I had everything I needed and it was nice and quiet at night. Check-out was a breeze also. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon.

It smelled and was incredibly hot in the room during 23 degrees outisde it felt as though it was 90 in the room. Even after turning the A/C down to 60 and the fan up to high it never got any cooler in either of the two rooms we rented that night. I will not stay here again.

The place is brand new and very clean. Very adequate for an overnight while traveling for business or duing a roadtrip. The free breakfast was meager, but I didn't expect much either. The test will be how the place holds up after a few years of use.

For a week-long stay, DC was way too expensive, especially since I needed a car. The commute to SE DC was less than 15 minutes for me and the Sleep Inn was close to a number of good restaurants and places to go (National Harbor, Upper Marlboro). Clean, quiet, and safe. Will definately stay here again when working in SE DC in the future.

Two of the three mornings we attempted to have breakfast the entire area was swarming with guests who just could not be accommodated. The first night at 2:30 a.m. the smoke detector battery went bad and started beeping requiring a call to the desk, the wrong batteries, then the correct battery and replacing it myself. All three nights we had a thundering […] herd of wilderbeasts on our heads - the top floor is a must. We twice had to deal with reception staff and they were untrained and had to call for assistance on check-in and basic transactions. It was convenient for our needs. Read more
