    We arrived late in the evening after driving the entire day and were relieved to get a friendly reception and quick check-in. There was no waiting around... for breakfast as it was ready early in the morning. After a very comfortable rest the night before, we were on our way...no muss no fuss!     I paid for a KING SUITE...I did not get one. I got a regular hotel room with two double beds. This was VERY upsetting for me and my husband. Not pleased at all. Also, the smoking and non-smoking rooms are right next to each other so the smoke travels. beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

The staff was very pleasant - polite and helpful (great recommendation on a restaurant). There was a nice grassy area for our dog to stretch.     I had stayed in hotels in that area before, but had a spend much more than I wanted for the cleanliness and quiet. Sleep Inn looked newly remodeled, no smoke smell, the front desk attendants were pleasant. It was on the far east end of the business strip, so it was quiet. I wiLl definitely stay there again.

    The bath towels were smaller than other places & did not absorb well...either not enough cotton in them or too much fabric softener used.     The evening receptionist unfortunately listed our room as 103 when we were in fact in room 106. Around 11:30 pm while we were sleeping, other customers tried to come into our room since they too were given keys to room 106 as the room was showing a vacancy. My husband and I were stunned out of sleep and had a hard time resuming our sleep for the rest […] of the night. We thought someone was trying to break into the room. Thankfully all locks were secured but it was quite unsettling. In the morning, we were awaken by someone knocking at the door, again, trying to ascertain whether or not someone was in the room. When I got dressed and attempted to clear up what the confusion was, I was told the night receptionist made an error in listing what room she put us in. I might add no apology was forthcoming.     We made last minute reservations for the 4 Corners Motorcycle Run. I did not have much choice and was a little concerned when I saw that it was located right next to the train station. Well the train station was never a problem and is great to see. It is an old steam engine. So we never even heard it in the morning leaving around 8:15.     First time stay at this brand, and definitely will stay at others too. Nice comfortable room for overnight travel stay. Facilities were new enough and breakfast was deccent. Afternoon check-in clerk was great. Morning clerk needs communication improvement.

    The check in was quick, and the elevator was very convient. The room was very nice and clean. I really appreciated all the towels in the bathroom. The size of the bathroom was amazing, I was pleased with the large shower.The whole experience was good and I will return.

We had made reservations for us and our friends, when we arrived they were charged for their room, we were apparently charged for both rooms-my husband called and explained this but it seems it's just our tough luck.
