Awesome staff and very supportive service. Never had a bit of trouble with check in or check out. Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was among the worst I have ever seen. Few choices and very small amounts. Wireless did not work anywhere, I tried different locations and did not work. The shower door fell off track and I reported to front desk and when I returned that pm it was still off. Microwave did not work and 1 table lamp was broken. Althought the hotel was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast needs help. They didn't offer any eggs, only sausage, ceral and very little else. No help that I could see was there to keep up the breakfast area.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn for two nights and were very unhappy with our experience. The overall appearance of the hotel is a shame. The carpets are stained, the towels are small and thin, the bedding is thin and stained, they allow people to smoke by the entrances which allows the smoke smell to come in the hotel. The first night we were annoyed by […] screaming people and music in the hallway off an on from 12:30-3:30 when the police finally arrived. When the hallway finally got quiet the air conditioner started making a noise that continued the rest of our stay. I also don't understand why we are required to report the number of guests staying in the hotel if they are not going to provide enough towels. Even after I called the front desk and requested the towels and disposable cups that were not left in our room, (we were told we could come down and get them), but the next night we again did not have enough towels. I would stay at this hotel again, but I think the price was too high for the hotel. The overall look of the hotel is nice enough and the breakfast was good. The carpet needs replaced and our door in our room had some damage. The indoor pool was small, but okay for small children. The pool was not heated, my son said it felt cold.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way back from the vacation in Florida. It is conveniently located by I-95. The room was clean. But the carpet in the elevator and hallway was dirty and needs to be replaced. We felt It's a good choice for the price.

Great location, and the staff was polite, but the hotel is pretty banged up. The walls in our room were REALLY thin -- I could hear the gentleman next door snoring all night! Good price, but will probably opt for a bit more comfort next time.

The people were exceptional. The hotel was advertised as recently renovated. Bathroom fixtures did not fit properly and the tub stopper would not stay up. The sound insulation was terrible and you could see the hallway between the door and door jamb.

This was a very clean and comfortable stay. I only stayed one night, but it was very convenient to the interstate and there were several restaurants nearby. It's also a short drive to the Savannah Historic District. Be aware it is geared toward business travelers; no bathtubs, only showers. Very nice stay and I'll definitely stay again.

This hotel was much better than the one we stayed at (the hotel directly behind this one) previously. This hotel was very clean and kept up very well. The parking lot was very well lit and had cameras. We arrived around 8pm and the hotel was quiet. Perfectly servicable hotl for the business traveller. Not alot of bells and whistles, but there are several restaurants in the area and Savannah is only 20 minutes away. Easy to and from the airport. Recomended for anyone travelling early out of Savannah.

newer hotel, caters to workers passing thru.. carpet in halls is stained.. rooms are clean, and reasonably equiped. walls are somewhat thin, can hear people in next room. good place to stay on a budget, not bad at all, but already showing some wear and tear.

Great location just 12 minutes from Savannah. Nice pizza place across the street and Cracker barrel down the road. Clean indoor pool (salt water)and good breakfast. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

I had a four night stay. The second day I returned in the evening to find my room had not been cleaned, towels replaced or trash removed. I called the front desk person who told me that normally the rooms are not cleaned for guests that are on an extended stay. I thought that was odd if not untrue. However, she did bring me the towels that requested […] and told me that she would make a note for housekeeping to clean my room the next day. The room was cleaned on the third and fourth days. I stayed at this hotel with my three year old and my three month old. Due to extreme weather, there was a complete power outage. No back-up generator kicked in, no lights in hallways. The room quickly became sweltering. No help was offered by the hotel. No apologies issued. It was a miserable night.
