It was nice. The only problems we had was with some young people making alot of noise outside our dr, which was no fault of the establishment.

I enjoyed being very close to the beach.
Location.
Situated near the beach in Corpus Christi, Comfort Suites near Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is close to Sunrise Mall and La Palmera Mall. Additional area attractions include Corpus Christi Botanical Gardens and Nature Center.
Hotel Features.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. There is a business center on site. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and coffee in the lobby. Guest parking is complimentary. This is a smoke-free property.
Guestrooms.
Rooms have city or pool views. The 66 air-conditioned guestrooms at Comfort Suites near Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi include coffee/tea makers and complimentary weekday newspapers. Beds have pillowtop mattresses and signature bedding. Guests can use the in-room complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access. All the hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast served between 6-9. Very good selection. Everything we could want in a hotel.
"nice trip"
nice room, comfortable bed only problem was the noisy elevator and the hot tub wasn't working
Great breakfast ( bacon, eggs, bagels, cereal,oatmeal, yogurt, ect.), friendly staff. We were allowed to check in early which was nice.
"Lack of Maintsince"
Basic good amenities but staff noticeably lacking. No staff mantinance available.
"Comfort suites in Corpus"
It was a great place to stay close to everything. Very reasonable and people/ host were great.
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Our son goes to A&M Corpus Christi so the location was perfect!
"Ennis Joslin, Corpus Christi,TX"
The only thing, and biggest thing, was the a/c thermostat was not working. We had been told upon checking in to use the thermostat on the wall above the sofa. No matter what we did, it didn't work. Room was very uncomfortable most of the night.

"Great place to stay!"
I have loads of family in Corpus, so staying in a hotel is sometimes seen a pretty silly thing. But this place feels more like home than anywhere down there. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff are very, very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and quiet, and the food was refreshed frequently. There is only ONE recommendation I have to make it […] a little easier to access: it's not possible to turn left into the hotel when coming off of Ennis Joslin. I did a quick U-turn at the light at EJ and SPID, but it would be sooooo handy to have a little cut in the concrete median there to allow for a left turn into the hotel. Read more

"Good service"
Service was good and the rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful And held our bags after we checked out while we were shopping. The jacuzzi didn't work but it may have been shut down for winter. "nice place"
We got a good price online, but the place was very nice. The room appeared to have been renovated recenty and everything worked properly. We had our 2yr old and 8yr old kids and felt very comfortable having them there. Small city so you are close to everything. Staff were very nice and the breafast as good.
"SOFABED"
sofabed has issues- missing springs, needs work! afterwards the desk clerk advised me that they had mattress pads. we ended up sleeping on floor. Next time we will ask for the mattress pad or a rollaway bed!! Workers were very very friendly and patient ( and nice) with the children!!
"Corpus Christi near Oso Bay"
Very nice. Only con was the pull out sofa was terrible you could feel every spring and they did not have a cushion to roll out on top when I asked.

"close to my beach to bay drop off point"
1st time to stay here, very nice hotel, clean, non smoking thru out the whole hotel. the only concern i have, is i paid for this online thru hotels.com. When i went to check out, they did not realize i had already paid in full, when i looked at the bill, it was less than what i paid online. "helpful staff"
This hotel was a convenient and comfortable spot to stay while touring the Corpus Christi area. Good location to get to either Padre Island or downtown area. The staff was was very friendly and helpful with directions and good places to eat. Our room and bed was very comfortable.
"Great rooms"
Other than the whole mix up at the check in counter, the stay was great.
