      The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. And the breakfast is one of the best of anywhere I've stayed. And I travel four or five times a year. This was my first trip to Beaumont. The staff was great with directions. I will definetly stay there again when I go back to Beaumont.

    There was not anything glaring that disappointed us. The hotel seemed clean, and definitely was smoke-free. The staff was not particilarly friendly, but they were not rude or inattentive. Overall it was a good experience for our family.

This time - Night desk attendent - no personality - I used the kleenex in the bathroom - 2 pieces - and then the box was empty - hey it happens so I went downstairs and asked the girl for a new box because mine was empty - she left and got me one and then asked me what room […] I was in.....really?.....seriously? How about, I'm sorry mam that you had to come down here to get a new box instead - I felt like she was going to charge it to my room or at the least, make sure it was there when I checked out the next day!     When we arrived at the hotel, we liked the hotel. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. But at night, we started to hear low, humming noise, something like a motor is running. We informed the front desk. The attendant came to check it but could not figure out the cause of the noise. We wanted to move to a different room, but couldn't because they said […] all the rooms were taken. The attendant told us that he would talk to the manager next morning, but the manager was not there next morning when we checked out. We left there expecting to hear from the hotel manager later.     We live 5 miles away but wanted to swim. I chose this hotel based on three factors: an indoor pool (it was hot and raining outside), free wifi, and free breakfast with a waffle maker. Those with kids know that having a make-it-yourself waffle maker is key to a good hotel breakfast. We wanted to cool off in the water but unfortunately the water was so […] cold we were unable to swim for long. My kids will swim in the ocean in March so I don't think we were being nitpicky about the temperature. The water was icy cold, even for summer. It didn't help that the hot tub was only tepid. The next complaint is that the entire hotel smelled of mildew. It was a very strong smell, especially in the pool area. It didn't smell like an indoor pool-it smelled of MILDEW. MOLD. The single restroom in the pool area also was filthy. My 12 year old son chose to dry off and go upstairs to our room rather than use that toilet. That should say a lot. Also, there were about 7 people in the pool area when they turned off all the lights, signaling that the pool was closed. There was no clock visible and no warning. We didnt know what time it was and they turned off the lights with kids still in the water! It was DARK. Very unsafe and rude. The breakfast was fine. The waffle maker worked. Wifi worked.     The room was great. The breakfast was a little under par. The eggs were dried out and the ham seemed to be someones leftovers from the week before. Overall, i would not have a problem staying here again though.

    We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious, well furnished, and very clean. Complimentary breakfast included hot items. Overall a good experience & we would stay here again.

    Great place. I normally stay across the highway, but Comfort Suites was cheaper so I gave them a shot. What a nice surprise! Very very well maintained, clean, much nicer than I expected with a Comfort Inn. Real breakfast a plus.

    Nice hotel and many amenaties. Good breakfast (NOT all carbs), but no evening snaks, not even a cookie. The rooms are beautiful and much more than is needed for my two night business stay. Would be great for a family. Shower head is high enough for a tall person to comfortably use.

    We were looking for a last minute room in Beaumont and were able to get a room at the Comfort Suites. Room was very large and comfortable and clean too. They had a pretty good continental breakfast included. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice and was larger than most.

    everything about our stay was great. the only neg. thing was the temperature of the indoor pool.My grandkids and wife said the water was very cold.I could have gotten a hotel with an outdoor pool cheaper.
