A good find for the money. Fruit basket in the room. The room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, taxi, airport pickup and return, free printing at the business centre. I would go back.

This is a mid-market hotel, so don't expect first class luxury, but it's clean, comfy, food is great and really good value with one price for starters, main and desert, and perfectly located for business in Kuwait City. The hotel was clean, exceptionally quiet and overall, the staff very friendly. The check-in was quick and there were no issues with having booked online, as I have experienced at other hotels. The room itself was on the smaller side (when the desk chair was in use you could not get around it to the other side of the bed) and the furnishings seemed a […] bit on the cheap side. There were labels with bar codes on several pieces of furniture throughout the hotel, as if they were completing an inventory. Also, while I'm all for avoiding waste, it seems odd that the hotel would continue to use the old "Le Meridien" products throughout. The only other issue to mention is that on two occasions when I asked hotel staff for direction or assistance, they were unable to provide it or point me in the direction of someone who could. Great staff, very helpful. food is great in Cascades and the overall ambience is v good and relaxing. The beds are lovely and comfortable with great linen. Ideal for business travel but dont expect too much from the pool! It is small and only in the sun for a short time each day. Good value would stay again...
