I loved it. I stayed for about a week. The room was clean, the service was excellent, the staff very helpful and polite. English is a bit of a challenge but if you speak slowly you will get things done. The location was excellent. Close to public transport, Gangnam. If you feel adventurous I advice you get lost in the little side streets where you can find the best food Seoul has to offer at a great price. I definitely recommend this place.

This hotel was very comfortable and is located near one of the airports. The property is like a big park and very quiet, away from the main part of the city. The only downside is this property is not very close to the city center and must-see sights. They do have a shuttle to the closest subway however. If you're looking for comfort this is the right hotel. If you're looking for location this may not be for you.

I spent 4 nights at the Seoul Palace. I got a standard room, which I thought was an adequate and clean room at a fair price. I appreciate the close proximity to the subway station. Service wasn't great, but okay. Not much English spoken.
Location.
Located in Seoul (Myeongdong), Savoy Hotel is close to Myeongdong Cathedral, Namdaemun, and Namsan Park. Also nearby are Deoksugung Palace and Gyeongbok Palace.
Hotel Features.

"Good for shopping"
The hotel clerk was very helpful in retreating my lost cell phone. She contacted the taxi driver and made him bring it back to me. Her quick thinking and kindness saved my day. However I have not seen the room this small. This hotel is located in the heart of shopping district.

This was my second visit to the hotel and I still think that it is a good hotel in a very convenient location - close to subway station, shopping and food. The room itself is spacious, clean and has free wifi.

"Perfect location but all smoking rooms"
The Savoy hotel benefits from a great location, at the heart of the Jungno District. The rooms are clean and comfortable but I thought the pictures on the website don't really reflect their small size. The biggest problem was that I got a smoking room when I specifically mentionned that I wanted non-smoking during the reservation. "Good hotel in a shopping area"
The hotel had good service and was located close to shopping area and the centre of Seoul. Easy access to transportation. Quiet room on 7th floor. But the only way to get to the airport was by limosine taxi. Expensive! Would have prefered a transport to the nearest hotel-taxi.

Wifi is quite good, the speed is quite fast. I can chat and share photos via iphone with my friends every night. Location is really good if you like shopping around at Myeong Dong(明洞) . I live in Twins room at 4/F, so there is a tiny living room separate from bedroom. The bathroom is a bit small and the washing basin is too low. The room temperature […] is too warm. "SAVOY - Good location, average rooms"
Location wise, fantastic, smack in the middle of Myeongdong. Which also means that you will need to walk 5 mins to the nearest road, which can be troublesome if your luggage is full and heavy after the shopping binge. Nearest Airport Limo bus stop is a good 10min walk. Rooms are recently renovated and clean. But can be rather small, especially the toilet. The hotel is difficult to find first, but excellent located in a large shopping area. Connection to subway is perfect. "本当に楽しめる立地！！"
フロントをでると、すぐ明洞という立地で、お買い物、食事、映画、などなど、時間を気にせず楽しめるのがとても魅力です。私は、今回ツア－でなく、こちらのサイトから直接予約しました。みなさんの口コミとおり、日本の宿泊の方が多く、その点でも安心できました。働いている方もとても親切で、お店の情報とか良くわかりやすく教えていただいたので、いろんなところに行くことが出来ました。また、是非利用したいです。

"立地条件は良いが・・・"
前回はソウルロイヤルに宿泊したのですが、違うホテルに泊まりたくて今回はサボイにしました。思っていたよりも騒音は気にならず部屋もお値段の割りに広いですが、ポットが壊れていたりパソコン用のプリンターの印刷が綺麗に出来なかったりとクレームを言うと少々、ホテルの方の対応があまり良くありませんでした。大型バスは入ることが出来ないしタクシーも入りくにいので次回からこのホテルには止まりません。

房間OK,床墊有點硬,空間還OK,兩個人TWIN ROOM行李都放得下,有網路線,地點很好,就在明洞鬧區,逛街吃東西很方便 缺點 浴室小,另外由於外面就是鬧區所以有點吵,大約10點到11點才會比較安靜

これまでのソウル滞在時は新羅・ウエスティン朝鮮・ロッテを利用で、今回初めてのサボイシングル泊。利便性は言うまでもありませんが、想像以上に快適に過ごせました。水廻りの古さと客室の狭さだけが気になりますが、これは料金に見合った設備と納得。客室の清掃・フロントなどの従業員の対応などは満足。増えてしまい持ち帰るのが大変になった荷物を、ＥＭＳで自宅に送る手配をベルボーイに依頼しましたが、丁寧に梱包され、２日後には日本の自宅に届きました。のんびりホテルライフを楽しむ旅には向かないと思いますが、ソウル滞在中活動的に動き回る方には最適のホテルでしょう。ホテル内「BeansBins」のワッフルは絶対お薦め！

"便利！コストパフォーマンス最高！"
明洞ど真ん中にあるので、買い物しすぎても荷物をすぐに置きに帰れるし、食事、汗蒸幕、エステなど歩いてすぐのところに遊びスポットが満載です。 地下鉄の駅も2つの線が歩いていけるので東大門、イテウォン、江南などにもアクセス便利です。 部屋は改装されたそうで、普通にキレイですが、トイレ、バスは古いままで、改装された感じはしません。 前回泊まったシングルでは驚くほど狭いバスタブでしたが、今回ジュニアダブルでは快適なお風呂でした。 フロントは日本語が喋れますし、荷物も気持ち良く預かってくれます。 とにかく、コストパフォーマンスが最高！ ホテルでゆったりと言う人にはオススメできませんが、私は、仕事＆買い物メインなので、韓国行く時は必ず1番最初に空室を調べます。

立地は間違いなく利便性が高いと思いました。 ただ、立地が良い分、スーツケースを持ってミョンドンの駅からホテルまでを歩くのが多少恥ずかしいくらいでした。 バスタブの水はけが悪く、栓をしていないにもかかわらず、シャワー中に水が溜まっていく点が残念でした。

"明洞の中心地ですからとても便利です"
リニューアルしてもなかなか部屋の古さは変わりませんが、わかりやすいリッチと利便性が最高のホテルです。 高級ホテルでなくてリーズナブルに！という方には是非おすすめです。 南大門やロッテホテルなども歩いて行けます。
"音さえなければ・・・"
改装されて以前に比べ部屋は綺麗になっていましたが、なぜか夜中ガタゴトとどこかから引っ越しでもしているような音が聞こえて何度も目が覚めました。翌朝同じエレベーターに乗った別の階のかたも言っていたのでかなり広範囲に渡りうるさかったのだと思います。それ以外は利便性もよくスタッフも日本語で対応してくださり、チェックアウト後でも場sづの出発時間まで荷物も快く預かってくれたので良かったです。

酒店房間不多，酒店服務差，前枱接待人員語言能力表達差，客人以日本人為主，房內設施一般，好處就是地點好。

"すっごく便利でおすすめホテル"
6度目のソウル旅行でしたが、立地的に一番便利なホテルでした。前回はロッテホテルソウルに泊まり、便利と感じましたが、明洞内部にあるサボイホテルの便利さは群を抜いています。個人旅行でしたが、歩いて5分ほどの世宗ホテル前から空港行きリムジンも20-25分おきで出ていたので、とっても楽でした。今後韓国訪問時は、絶対このホテルにしようと決めています。豪華設備を求める人には向きませんが、ホテルは夜寝るだけ派の人にはおすすめです。

訪韓の際に何度も利用してるホテルです。 改装後の初滞在、エントランスかなり変わってました。 とにかく私の行動範囲に適していて便利なので部屋の狭さも気になりません。 TVの画質が悪かったのが今回は残念でした。

何度も訪れている韓国。 サボイホテルは２回目の滞在でしたが、エントランスがきれいになっていて何か違うホテルのようでした。 立地は以前と変わらず最高！ 普段は明洞から少し離れたミレニアムヒルトンやロッテシティマポに滞在することが多かったけど、今回サトボイにとまり本当にショッピングには楽チンでした。 立地のわりには静かで、加湿器を頼んだらすぐにもってきてくれました。ホテル内部は古いけれど安全だし立地環境は最高です！また泊まりたいです。

명동 거리 쇼핑을 위한 위치 상의 이점을 제외하곤 추천하기 힘듦. 내부 시설과 복도 등의 느낌은 삼성급, 혹은 장급 모텔 정도에 불과하고 갖추어진 시설 또한 그러함. 가격은 거의 4성급에 많이 방안에 바람도 많이 불고, 많이 부족하단 느낌을 받았음. 다음엔 다시 이용할 생각 없음.

"사보이호텔후기"
location을 제외하고는 별 다를 게 없는 수준입니다, 호텔 주차장이 없다는 것은 최악의 약점이라 생각합니다, 일본에서 온 고객들을 모시고, 사보이호텔에 가는중 수많은 인파들을 해치고 사보이호텔 정문 앞에 도달하느라 애먹었습니다, 주차장도 없어서 비싼 돈 주고 우체국 지하주차장에 차를 세웠고요. 사보이호텔은 사설주차장이라도 구해서 투숙객이 저렴한 가격에 이용할 수 있도록 해야할 것 같습니다

가격은 저렴하고 명동 밀리오레와 가까이있는 중급호텔. 외국 관광객들에게 최적화되어있음. 저녁 출입구가 두개인데 저녁늦게 한쪽 출입구 셔터를 내려 관광후 밤늦게 호텔로 돌아오는 외국인 광광객이 다른 출구를 찾아야 하는 불편함 있음. 한국인이면 상관 없겠지만 다시 다른 골목을 찾아 들어와야 하는 외국인 관광객입장에서는 굉장히 난감할수 있는 부분임. 특히 11시쯤엔 거의 모든 상가가 문을 닫아 물어볼곳도 마땅치 않음. 아침 일찍 약 5시에 체크아웃을 하려하였는데 직원이 객실 체크할때까지 리셉션에 기다리게 하는 접객행위. 각층에 상주 직원을 두던가 손님이 불쾌하지 않도록 요령껏 확인하여야 하는 세심한 주의가 필요하다고 봄. 투숙객을 […] 앞에세워놓고 다른직원을 불러 방에 올라가 체크 해보라는 오더를 주는건 다소 불쾌함. 406号室に泊まりましたが浴室の電気が点かなくて困りました。何度もやってやっと点くって感じ。 それ以外は満足です。

출장때문에 들렸었는데, 생각보다 방도 넓고 좋았습니다. 함께갔던 일본인 직원이 몇년전에 왔을 때보다 훨씬 넓어지고, 깔끔해졌다고 말씀하시더라구요. 저는 처음이었는데, 무엇보다 위치가 아주 편리하고, 좋았습니다. 딱 하나.. 치약 치솔이 없어서, 편의점까지 사러나갔는데요.. 제꺼 가져가도 되긴한데.. 귀찮아서, 출장갈땐 항상 호텔꺼 그냥 쓰거든요. 이번엔 편의점까지 걸어가서 사왔습니다. 아 또하나. 샤워기 수압이 일정치가 않아서요.. 아침엔 물이 잘 나와서 샤워를 편하게 했는데, 저녁에 샤워할땐 물이 나왔다가 안나왔다, 차가웠다 뜨거웠다 조금 그랬어요. 전반적으로 아주 만족했습니다.

今回の目的は、明洞と南大門市場での買い物と食事でしたが、明洞の中で南大門までは、１０分以内で行けるし、最高でした。 部屋も広く申し分ありませんでしたが、ベットからTVまで 距離があり、チョット残念でした。 あとは、問題なく再度泊まりたいホテルでした。

ホテルスタッフの方も日本人のお客さんに慣れておられ、サービスも十分です。明洞のど真ん中のため、遅くまで遊んでいても安心でした。
