Would have been a great stay IF my shower had ever gotten hot and if the shuttle had been available to take me to my early flight. What kind of hotel doesn't offer shuttles before 6am? I got stuck taking a cab which cost $23 E because of the time of day, even though the hotel is 1/4 mile away from the airport.

We chose this hotel for our last night in Paris because we had an early flight out of Orly. To arrive at the hotel we took Air France shuttle from Montparnasse train station (12e one way per person). Late Saturday night it only took about 20 min to get to the airport (typically trip takes 45 min), but then we waited another 40 min at the airport for […] the free hotel shuttle which was very unpleasant (we even had airport information staff call the hotel to verify that shuttle was running). The ride itself takes about 5 min. In retrospect we should have just taken a taxi straight to the hotel (should be around 40e from Paris center). Hotel shuttle supposedly runs every 20 min in the morning and evening, and every 30 min during the day, last shuttle was at 11:40pm. Also note that at the airport bus stop you won't see signs for Best Western shuttle, it will say Holiday Inn which is apparently what this hotel was called until recently. The actual shuttle has B.Western sign. Hotel itself was nice, clean, American style with large room and queen size bed. Maintenance could have been better - there were two non working lamps (one with no bulb, one with burnt out bulb) and there was no hand soap. Check in/out was super fast. Breakfast was 17e so we did not try that. Shuttle to the airport was on time and took 5 min. Read more

Very good hotel for an overnight stay close to Orly airport. Large clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Very good breakfast at reasonable extra cost. Efficient and friendly reception. My only criticism is the 11 euro parking charge for the hotel carpark. Unneccessary and unfair I feel.

Little hard to get to with a car, have to carefuly watch the signs. Food was a bit expensive, ceasar salad 14$ made with iceburg lettace was disappointing, returned the limp soggy pasta. But the location and the rooms were fine for a night. Free shuttle to airport a big plus!

Hotel was just fine. We did not opt for the breakfast. Location was a bit of a problem. The nearest metro stop is Antony. From there, you have to take a special shuttle to the air-port. This shuttle is free and conveniently located at the metro stop itself, but closes at 11pm or so. We arrived late one night and found ourselves scrambling for a taxi […] (not easy to get). From the Orly air-port, the hotel shuttle needs to be used to get to the hotel. That's another 10 minute ride. The shuttle bus is small and once we were even "bumped" by an airline crew going from the airport to the hotel. This was a poor choice for us for a number of reasons. The most outrageous was the terrible service in the restaurant. We and a family of three from Luxembourg sitting next to us, all of us fluent in French, waited no less than 100 minutes to be served a standard dinner ordered from the menu! It took, in spite of repeated entreaties, nearly forty-five […] minutes to be given a menu. We were only about twenty feet from the bar and cash register, so there was no question of our not being seen. A discount given on the restaurant bill did not make up for the discourtesy and incompetence. As for the hotel, we were not given the two beds we had reserved and the ventilation system delivered smoke to the room. Must say, at least one of the staff seemed to be working hard to deal with the problems, particularly a man who seemed to do everything--register guests, work in the bar, drive the van--but when asked if he was the manager he said jokingly, "I can be if you need me to be." Did that mean that he was really responsible for the chaos, or that he had just been handed it? The room was large and clean and the proximity to the airport and van service were good, but the poor service in the restuarant was the worst we have experienced, and we are very seasoned travelers, often in very challenging places. The AC cooling worked fine. Because of remodeling, the lobby WiFi did not work, but the manager gave us free ethernet internet use in our room for free. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver even got us a baggage dolly at the airport. The restaurant staff were pleasant and hard working. The food was good quality.

WE had to eat at the hotel and that cost more than the room for four of us. We only had a main course. Three of us had carbonara and we had to send it back twice because it was not hot. A pleasant room and hotel but terrible prices for food and couldnt believe we had to send it back twice.

I only stayed one night during a business trip, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, room service breakfast was delivered right on time and the shuttle bus from Orly airport was great. Quite a lot of noise from traffic but it's right next to the autoroute so only to be expected.

Originally booked this hotel because of its convenience to Orly Sud airport. Most staff spoke English and for the most part, were helpful in giving us info on how to get to downtown, etc. Read some previous reviews on how far it was to public transit and how inconvenient, but staff helped us with simply taking the shuttle to the airport, then catching […] the bus to downtown. No mess, no fuss. Was a quick and inexpensive way of getting downtown. Took the cab back (middle of the night) which was about 24 euros from downtown. But be careful. Hotel is not the easiest for the cabbies to find. Our first one took a couple of wrong turns and the fare was nearly 100 euros, but he made the mistakes and so just charged us the initial 24 euros. All cabbies after that, we directed. But the hotel was nice, usual to be expected, nothing special, but clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. The only thing I did not like, was when we were taking an early flight out of Orly which was an hour before the hotel airport shuttle started. The cab fare was the same as coming in from downtown.
