Very nice resort, enjoyed our brief stay; unit had coffee stains on wall near table but besides that was quite clean; great mountain views outside our front door; there was some confusion about the length of our stay as we had booked only one night as our email confirmation showed but resort had us down for 2 nights; great to have a refrigerator but having a microwave and a few plates, bowls, knives would have been nicetoo.

Had the split room model, which worked out very well for 2 men on a ski trip. The hot tub was great. Staff was very nice. Bit noisy, could hear kids crying in the other room and the train at night. Of course every hotel in Banff that faces the tracks can hear the train at night when the whistle blows.

We were surprise to see that the room was actually an apartment' very big and comfortable.The kitchen was completely aquipped. Every thing was taken care of. The best hotel we had been in the rockies !!!

We stayed at this apart-hotel in Canmore for a recent trip for a wedding. The one-bedroom suite was fully equipped for our needs: the kitchen is ready to cook, which was important for us, as we traveled with our 2 and 3 year old sons. There are also free laundry facilities for all guests, which is a bonus. There are BBQs available in the common outdoor […] area for guests to use as well. We had been forwarned that there would not be your regular hotel toiletries, such as shampoo and lotion. Other than that small detail, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would go back in a hearbeat. Canmore is such a beautiful spot and this hotel has gorgeous mountain views and a great hot tub and outdoor pool. Loved being outside in a warm pool while it was snowing ans suronded by the mountains!

Overall a great choice; we had a small apartment/ studio with a kitchen. Nicely furnished and an OK location a few minutes out of town. I would stay there again but would request a quite room; something like a fire door or elevator clanged really loudly pretty much all night.

We wouldn't have changed our minds about going, even if we had known or been able to figure out that it was not a hotel, but it was a bit of a surprise at check in. Nice hot tubs. TV was a little confusing and the channels didn't seem to work all the time - but not the resort's fault, seemed to be the cable company.
