Only spoke to staff at check in & check out. But theu were polite then & they spoke english. They didn't clean the room at all during our 3 day stay. It was a decent enough room but definitely no luxuries. There was a kitchen but we didn't use it. It was a close drive to the popular areas of Berlin but there wasn't much public transportation near. A […] little bit of a walk away. There was however a FABULOUS little Italian restaurant called Trattoria across the street. SO GOOD! Parking was free but hard to come by, first come first serve fit into the craziness along the streets. It wasn't a bad neighborhood but not a nice neighborhood to hang around at night. The room was paid in full in advance. When I arrived directly from my flight it was 9:30pm and the front door was locked. There was a sign "Call night concierge using the phone on the next door". The phone was dead. My cell phone did not work in Germany either, so I found myself in a dark yard of a cold city (-3C) in an unknown place. A passer-by helped […] me to enter the building and find a key that hang in a cabinet. My room was clean, but the most important feature (Internet access) required a password that was not given to me. The phone in the room was dead too. I could not get out of the building since I did not know the code to re-enter it again, so I was trapped there. I forgot my Nook book there, nobody called me to propose to send it to me. Poor hotel. If you arrive after 10pm you have to call a night operator who will give you a code to enter the back door. The room is small and bed is uncomfortable. The only thing that might have been a positive is the morning breakfast which looked good but did not have time to try it out.

I arrived late, like around 1030 at night, but the hotel receptionist was waiting for me at the door. She was VERY friendly and answered all the questions I had. Check in was also super speedy. Wifi was great also. I stayed in a double room, and it was also nice. However, if you're a couple, make sure you ask what type of bed it was, because my bed […] was two twin beds pushed together. This wouldn't be a problem usually, except that these beds had like an outer frame thing going on, so I imagine sleeping in the middle to be difficult. However, if you're like most normal couples you'll want you're own space to sleep anyways so maybe it'll be a good thing. There was a pizzeria open right across the street and the owners there were also very nice. I was able to grab a bite to eat and settle in very comfortably. I was only there for one night, so I don't know how close the hotel is to anything, but it was about 10 minutes from the airport (10 euro cab ride). Overall, I would definitely stay here again! You have to arrive before 10PM or there is nobody at the front desk. Between 10PM and mid-night there's a number to phone to let you in. The room was so small that the closet door could'nt be fully opened. It was a dingy looking room which did not resemble the room shown on the hotel web site. The first thing to say is that the few on-site staff I met were uniformly helpful and friendly. The hotel is also well located for public transport and in a generally quiet and pleasant area. But those are the only strong positives. In significant aspects my room was not as described in the booking. When I first went through I door I was struck by a […] drains smell, and I found that the toilet had been used and then left unflushed. Apart from this everything was clean. Two lights were not working, one of them the principal light in the bathroom. I notified this the first morning of my stay but found when I came back that evening nothing had been done, the response being to challenge me as to whether I had tried the right switches. On the third and last day of my stay one of the lights was repaired (but not the other) - and th repairer had left the chair he had used to stand on in place under the light with its covering removed, all for me to put back. On that third day the room was not cleaned and made up. I was rather perturbed that although there were no staff on site overnight there was no room telephone and so no way of making contact with the off-cite "night porter" in an emergency. Also in this connection, evacuation routes did not appear to be marked. All in all a pity, in that what could have been described as an entirely satisfactory hotel had been able to get the details right. As it was, not a satisfactory place to stay. Read more

Great, friendly and helpful staff at reception. The apartment was reasonably spacious and comfortable. The lift is slow but hey, better than using the stairs. Parking is on the road outside but is free albeit limited by how many residents in the area use it. Two supermarkets close by. While I appreciate that it was a kitchenette we did not appreciate […] that there were no cooking utensils, no cutting knives except for a bread knife, no pots, no tea towel and no plug for the sink. If there are to be cooking facilities there needs to be some basic utensils. Flipping an egg with a bread knife is difficult. While it is a reasonable way out of Berlin we knew that and bought day passes on the transport system which forces you to make use and see more than the area around your hotel. I stayed in the hotel for a very short time, I had to leave early since my flight timings were changed. I found the hotel to very affordable, neat and clean. It was a place to lay my head at night while resting from the Christmas Markets. If I spent more than 8 hours in a hotel room, I would have been concerned. It was smaller than the pics showed and a "double bed" is two singles (with frame runners :s ) put together. It worked, and for $60CDN/night what do you want the Hyatt?

Hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly. They gave advice of where to explore and provided maps of the area. The main gripe is that I requested a double bed but on arrival the room had a twin bed. The following day I reported this, they had no alternatives, but did offer a free breakfast. The following day we were told to return to change rooms; […] a different receptionist gave us 2 different room keys but we found them all to be the same which does leave me to wonder if they do have double beds. The twins are pushed together but do have wood inbetween, not too bad if you want some space! The wireless connection was not reaching our top room either, but was available on lower floors. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It's no more than five minutes to the metro station and there's a bus stop at the end of the road. It's then a short journey to Berlin's main shopping area or the Tiergarten. There are quite a few places to eat nearby, as well as a small supermarket and Schloss Charlottenburg is a short walk away. Vi havde booket værelse med 2 dobbeltsenge, men det fandtes slet ikke på hotellet så der blev indsat en ekstra drømmeseng i stedet for (= 1 dobbeltseng og 2 drømmesenge). Værelset skulle være med fuld udstyret køkken, men basale ting som dåseåbner, oplukker, saks, grydelapper og karklud manglede.

В данном апарт-отеле останавливаемся не в первый раз. Очень удобен для прилетающих/вылетающих в Тегель. Одна остановка на автобусе и две на метро (есть какой то автобус, который идет почти до отеля). Садитесь в первый вагон в центр, выход из метро налево и налево. Поднимаетесь на улицу и вперед до отеля. Почти напротив супермаркета Edeka вход в ворота […] под арку. Ресеп работает с 8 до 20, есть телефон ночного портье, с которым можно связаться при позднем заезде. В этот приезд мы бронировали два номера, написали заранее письмо в отель с просьбой предоставить нам два номера на одном этаже. Нашу просьбу проигнорировали, на письмо никто не ответил. Интересно персонал отеля почту читает? Поселели нас на разных этажах. Один номер выходил окнами во внутренний двор, второй на основную улицу. В номере с окнами на улицу был ужасный холод. Мы обращались на ресепцию отеля с просьбой исправить ситуацию, проблема решена не была. Наши дети спали одетыми (ездили вместе со взрослыми детьми). В нашем номере 57 за три дня горничная ни разу не вынесла мусор. В один из дней пребывания я сама услышала громыхание тележки горничной и отдала ей мусор. При этом у детей на 4ом этаже горничная в номере убралась, хотя вся жизнь кипела в нашем номере. В предыдущие пребывания мы с таким не сталкивались, отель оставлял благоприятное впечатление. Надеюсь руководство читает отзывы в системах бронирования. В целом расположение у отеля очень хорошее. Супермаркет напротив, в котором можно купить абсолютно все. Read more

因为抵达时间太晚reception已经结束，按照门上贴的号码进行了联系，虽然因为对方的德语口音导致交流有些障碍，但最终还是顺利拿到了钥匙。房间非常满意，很整洁很温馨也挺宽敞，唯一的遗憾是在房间里搜不到无线网络，和这里的信息有些不符合。第二天早上去了对面的超市，不过不知道晚上营业到几点。酒店前台的女士英语很好，交流很顺利，check out的时候还麻烦她为我们订了一辆出租车。整体说来很不错。

L'hotel non è male nel complesso, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Purtroppo però la nostra stanza è risultata molto spartana: -La doccia senza piatto doccia, direttamente sul pavimento, con una odiosa tenda per doccia. -L'acqua del WC spesso si intorbidiva: veniva l'acqua dagli scarichi dei piani superiori! -La ventola di areazione del bagno, quando […] entrava in funzione emanava un odore terribile! -La camera non aveva interruttori per la luce, ma solo delle piantane. Inoltre non c'erano comodini, ma un letto basso. L'aspetto complessivo era di un lavoro lasciato a metà. -Il wifi free funzionava solo nella reception -I mezzi pubblici sono molto efficienti, ma l'hotel si trova comunque a 30-40 minuti dal centro: U7 fino a Bismark e poi U2 oppure U7-S42-U8 Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. ５泊しました。フリーインターネットと表示してありますが、実際はフロント付近のみ繋がりました。部屋で仕事する人には不向きです。全室禁煙のはずが、チェックインして鍵をもらった部屋は葉巻のにおいが充満していました、変えてもらった部屋の電熱コンロは熱くならず、調理ができないので再度部屋を変えてもらいました。いずれの場合もフロントの女性（時間で入れ替わります）が好意的に対応してくれました。数多いベルリンのアパートホテルの中で、週末もフロント係が勤務していて、さらに笑顔で対応してくれるのは珍しいです。

Exzellentes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ideal für Leute die eine Unterkunft in Berlin in zentraler Lage sowohl City als auch Flughafen haben wollen. La posizione è comoda per la visita di berlino data la vicinanza alla metro (cambio di metro a Charlottenburg per il centro) e a pochi minuti dall'aereoporto di Tegel. La camera al secondo piano con vista su strada era molto silenziosa (insonorizzazione efficace) e comunque il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Vicino c'è un supermarket molto economico e […] fornito. La dotazione della camera comprendeva fornelli per cottura, frigo, bollitore, piatti, pentole e posate. Il wifi non funzionava in camera ma era attivo alla reception (la reception chiude alle 20.00). E' con dispiacere dare un giudizio non troppo positivo per quest'aparthotel: è in una magnifica posizione tranquilla, a 50 metri dal parco di Charlottemburg, di là dalla Sprea, facilmente raggiungibile sia con il bus (109) che con la metro (U7), con un supermecato, praticamente, di fronte, con trattorie italiane e birrerie tedesche a due passi, con […] possibilità di fare colazione (un pò caro), progettato bene, moderno, ma con la pulizia delle camere e la manutenzione non troppo accurate. Il prezzo non troppo alto, non lo giustifica. Insomma uno non se lo aspetta che, in Germania, siano un pò trasandati! La possibilità comunque di potersi preparare la colazione in camera e/o uno spuntino serale, lo consiglia a tasche leggere e giovani. ベルリンの中級ホテルはシャワーのみが多く、このホテルはバスタブ付きだったので、わざわざギャラリーから一駅離れた、このホテルを予約したにもかかわらず、同行9人9部屋中、たった一部屋しか付いていなくて、まるで詐欺にあったようでした。しかも、朝食も別料金。すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットがあったのと、最寄り駅前に朝市があったのだけが良かった点です。
