Beautiful, old-world charm style hotel in a fantastic location. Do try the local Barcas Cafe across the street for your morning cafe cortado and a decent tortilla, where you will see the working locals alongside you. The cafe staff there are a real treat. Don't go to this hotel with a car. It's too difficult, even with GPS. Parking fees are exorbitant. Do not stay in room 424, located at the end of the hallway, directly next to the exit door, which is in constant use throughout the night and thus very loud and disturbing if you are a very light sleeper. However, the view from the window was stunning and a welcomed touch and the shower pressure and bathroom size was excellent, more spacious than expected for such a small room.

Pretty good breakfast buffet. Staff more than helpful and engaging. Vey pet accommodating. I forgot my dog's water bowl. The maid had one brought up for me. Small market next door. Pizzeria and cafes on the same block. Parking in garage across the street for smaller sedans. Rough neighborhood.

All good with the hotel just few things to take into considerations: 1. Internet connection was very-very slow. It worked but to play vids on youtube or whatever was impossible. Also when I connected with the cable in the room. But for basic use it was very good. 2. Bed is OK. Not great. Not awful. Got two single beds for a single stay tho... 3. Reception man sent me to eat a dinner to a place that was closed even when I asked if it's open (it was Sunday night when some places are closed in Spain). He didn't check. Said it should be open. It wasn't. Luckily there were other places around open. I landed on a good spot eventually but.... 4. Asked for a late check out of 2 hours and they wanted to charge me 5 euros per an extra hour. I gave up. But... other than that... all was good. Great location for where I needed, which is not the city center. Taxi to the center costs about 6-7 euros during the day. A bit more at night. If you need the center this isn't your place.

We stayed here as we stayed at a Sidorme in Granada and liked the hotel. We stayed at this location as we were flying out of Valencia the next morning, so it was convenient to the airport for us. It was not easy to locate on the Tom Tom (GPS), due to the Industrial area it was located in. We arrived quite late that night. Hotel reception guy wasn't […] that friendly, probably cause he was the night shift, he was also cleaning the coffee machine. The room was clean as was the Sidorme we stayed in, in Granada. We definitely found that the bathroom was smelly, this was not nice, so we kept the bathroom door closed. It was like a sewer smell or something. Also, the bathroom had been modernised, but for some reason the tap was old and rusty. Not sure why they changed everything and not the taps or shower curtain. We decided not to have their breakfast in the morning as we would get something in the airport. It was a great price and clean, the downside was the smell in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Positives... 5 minutes to airport, free wifi worked very well, friendly staff, air conditioning in room, free parking, generally well presented modern looking hotel Negatives... bed was rock hard, towels were very small, breakfast was minimal and not re-stocked often enough, hotel was very hard to find initially. DO NOT use the hotel post code to try […] and find it, instead look for signs to Parc Emprasarrial (industrial park). Once there you will more than likely be able to see the sign on top of the hotel, if not there is also a Carrefour supermarket on the park where you could possibly get directions. I've stopped in a great many budget hotels but can say this is one of the better ones. Clean, modern and excellent value. Very helpful staff, free coffee! good service and within easy reach of the airport. Great value at 22 gbp per night, definitely recommended.

le point très négatif de cet hotel est la séparation de la salle d'eau-toilettes de la chambre. Cette séparation n'est pas une cloison de placo, mais en verre. lorsque vous êtes aux toilettes, la personne qui est dans la chambre peut vous examiner sur toutes les coutures. Il n'y a aucune intimité.

Grande disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil. Chambre agréable et propre avec un accès internet gratuit. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Bien situé pour se rendre sur le circuit Ricardo Tormo mais un peu loin du centre de Valencia. Une station de métro à proximité (15 minutes à pied) mais avec peu de fréquence (1 toutes les demi-heures).

El precio no es low cost, pero su poublicidad dice que el hotel es low cost. Por el mismo precio hubiera ido a un hotel en condiciones (4 estrellas convencional).
