The Woolpack Inn - Chichester

This cannot be classed as a hotel, it is a pub with a few rooms attached round the back.The pub was very cold and we were the only people there. There was no atmosphere at all. The rooms were very cold when we arrived but heated up after a couple of hours once the heater had been turned on. The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were so thin that […] I could hear my friends in the next room talking as clearly as if they were in the same room. The bathroom was freezing cold.The only thing that was good was the food. The evening meal was lovely & so was the breakfast. We would definately not go again and would not recommend at all. If the charges were considerably cheaper it would be ok because it really is more like a Travelodge. They offer free wyfi that is only accessable in the pub it is not available in the rooms. This is a 'Pub with rooms' that have been purpose built removed form the pub but in the Car Park, pleased to say there was no noise from the pub. Grandly named as "Suites" after Roman figures, the room was small with a tiny shower & toilet. Very clean and pleasant service.
