In all the hotels I have been to this is one I will never stay in again or recomend it to anyone. The room was dirty,sheets not changed while there,towesl dirty, kids running and pounding on the floor above me until 1am in the morning,no hot water the second day there,bathroom smelled like urine and floor was sticky. I did not get much sleep, I was […] offered a upgrade to the second floor but it would have been where all the kids were, no thanks.Much more wrong with this place and one is location which is right next to I 93 south to loud.School bus picking up kids in the early am as some families live there full time. Room service was not very good. Found a needle cap under the tv the room is very crowded had to ask for coffee every day I would not recommend this motel.

I rated all the categories 4 stars except the overall I gave a 5 star. I have stayed there 4 times, 10 nights in all over the course of 6 weeks and I have stayed at several other hotels in between that were not as pleasant and I have come to appreciate Day's hotel more each time I stay there. I am a smoker and it is harder to find rooms to smoke in, […] sometimes I travel with My Wife and my 75lb Lab (50lb's when booking) so I will select a non smoking room and it better not smell of smoke or I hear it for the entire stay. On one of my trips recently I started in a non smoking Dog approved room for 2 nites then dropped my Wife and dog off and switched to a smoking room for the last two nights, both rooms were fine, the staff was understanding and prompt and the 5th star is because I was left alone by the cleaners. I am a very clean and private person, I do not need my room cleaned and at many places I will hang the do not disturb sign on my hotel door and still get a knock at door to be asked if I want room cleaned-I work from 3 pm until often 4 am and as long as I have clean towels, I do not want to be disturbed. The rooms are relatively sound proofed I only heard other people if they were esp loud in the hallway which was rare and because of slight gap between bottom of door and carpet. Spacious room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron & board, large TV, very good shower, plenty of towels and hangers. Room faced I-93 but it was not too noisy. Key card did not work first time and I had to return to desk from 5th floor to have it fixed.

The Days Hotel and Conference Center was clean and in a convenient location from the highway. The only deficiency was that the ice machine off the lobby did not work. The refrigerator and microwave in our room were both functioning.

Very friendly front desk staff and helpful as well. Rooms were okay, no problems. It's not a 6 star hotel but we knew that going in. Nice indoor pool and a small workout area. The price was right and it was near the venue we were going to, so I'd definitely give it a thumbs up.

Location was great! Just 10 min form Canobie Lake Park. General Store, Liquor, and restaurants in walking distance . Pool was heated and clean. The hotel was under renovation and there was a lot of garbage outside. Our room had ants in the closet and water stains on the ceiling. The gym had 2 treadmills and 1set of weights. Nothing like the pictures provided. I do not recommends this hotel to anyone.

This place was absolutely awful. I have stayed in hotels for the same price and with the same characteristics as this hotel but this experience was very disappointing. They put me in a smokers room, when they knew I requested a non-smokers. Also, the refrigerator noise did not let me sleep all night long and the TV was very old.

the hotel was right off the highway. Easy to get to. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the hours for breakfast seem to me to be longer than other places that I have stayed. the resturant conceted to the Hotel was very good also. I would stay there again on a return trip.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel, and for the first time I was not pleased with the service; I was given a very small room with a double bed instead of a Queen size bed, which is what I paid for. The front desk was not helpful, plus the place was very noisy.

Staff was helpful in getting directions to various destinations. Continental breakfasts were very good. Only problems came with the elevator system. Its use was very confusing and eventually it went out of service for a short time. Overall, a good value for the price.
