From the moment we entered I was disappointed with the size of the pool. It is literally the size of a small jacuzzi. To eat here will cost you $18.00 US currency for a breakfast. That is a total rip off. When I asked can to use the phone to book some excursions I was told it will cost me $1.00 US money per minute. Again, total rip off. The room was […] filled with mosquitoes, outdated, the pillows were terrible, the bed was horrible, there was no hot water for when we want to shower. The fawcet was broken.This place is just GROSS, they have a "green policy" see picture below where they will not give you any new towels. every 3 days you get a new towel. The manager freaked out when she found out I took the towels and a bed sheet to the beach, and then told me that she would have given me beach towels and a beach blanket. Ok well why you didnt tell me any of this on our arrival instead of trying to shake us down for every dollar we have. You will see the pictures that I posted, pictures do not lie. I would never stay here again and I seriously advise anyone not to go to this dump. You will truly regret it. Also we were supposed to get a room with cooking area, that didn't happen. the fridge kept our items barely cold, didnt even work right. room was dirty with holes in the walls filled with concrete, tiny little tv to watch. i think they can afford a new TV. when i took the pillow case off, the pillow is gross. just look at the stains. The service(s) was sub-par. Information as listed on the hotels.com website about this hotel was grossly embellished. There was no "restaurant(s) in hotel", "shopping on site" (besides a few products for sale in a hutch at the entrance) or "free wi-fi" in the room, as was all listed under the amenities section of the hotel, on the hotels.com website. […] There was no soap or any other toiletries at the sink in the room. Also a very good cook, when you like local food. She is also willing to help when you need transportation to nearby places or need advice on sightseeings. […] Do not miss the friday's streetparty in Gross Islet, with a lot of local food, music and dancing. I can't fault this guest house it was such good value for money. The guest house is in a little village above Rodney Bay so offers a respite from the busy Rodney Bay area but is still only a 20 minute walk or 5 mins and few dollars in a taxi. The rooms were decent and the pool great for a dip to cool off. What really makes this place is the staff, they […] couldn't do enough to help. Cheryl, the owner, went out of our way to find us a car to hire after BA/Avis let us down and Rasta (the gardner who's real name I never learnt) helped us cool our sunburn with aloe vera from the garden. I highly recommend Habitat Terrace if you want to escape the big all inclusives in tow. We loved it and if we go to St Lucia again I would head back here, it beat the all inclusive we stayed in for half the trip hands down! Read more

We had such a great time in St-Lucia and Habitat Terrace was in a great location. In a residential area, but a 15min walk to the Marina or the beach. The staff is incredible, they make everything to make you feel confortable. I would go back without any hesitation.

Sur les photos, tout parait plus grand et à l'arrivée, on se rend compte de la réalité. La piscine est minuscule, la salle du petit déjeuner aussi . L'hotel est situé dans les terres, pas de navette pour se rendre à la capitale ou au moins jusqu'à la route principale où on pourrait prendre un bus. Il faut marcher sous un soleil de plomb si vous n'avez […] pas loué de voiture. D'autre part, le service internet de l'hotel est tout simplement en panne, avec une affichette collée sur la table de l'ordinateur marquée "out of service". Le coffre fort de la chambre est lui aussi inutilisable ! Dernier point : le petit déjeuner est cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. A part ça, le personnel est sympathique et l'hotel assez propre. Bonne ambiance d'ensemble la proximité des centres d'activités reste un peut problématique, un système de navette même payante devrait être mis en place pour donner une certaine liberté aux résidents le fléchage de la route reste insuffisant pour un étrange. Excellent pour se reposer sur place ..

Un très joli petit hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Rodney Bay. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de l'hôtesse et propriétaire des lieux (Sheryl)...cette dernière sera à votre écoute et à votre service pour toute information et réservation de taxi (afin de visiter l'île, par exemple !).
