I was super impressed with both the location (right off the main road into the downtown area, and only 20 mins from the Hot Springs historic district, and straddling Lake Catherine) and the comfort of the room. I walked into my room and was awed by how plush and new and comfortable everything was - I actually did think to myself that I could live in […] that apartment style room for quite some time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Also, they had a 'social' downstairs with fajitas and whatnot but I didn't attend, so I can't speak to the quality, but when I left to go to dinner downtown, there were many happy relaxed people enjoying the food and drinks that were provided free by the hotel. Hotel was great. Be sure to bring your own snacks though since the amenities we a little pricy. Hotel staff was nice, but front desk needed a little more attention. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back.

The room was very nice with kitchen and sitting area separate from the bedroom. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had dishes and silverware available. I rated comfort a 3 because of the pillows. Room was very nice with excellent furnishings. We didn't use the kitchen. The evening reception(Tues-Thurs) was nice as was breakfast, though breakfast was crowded and the few tables resulted in some people going back to the room--ours had a very nice sized table (fountain drinks were included). Don't take the Handicap room. We did not request Handicap but that's what we got. The TV in the bedroom would not work until I unplugged it and replugged it. The breaker tripped when we turned the light on in the bathroom. We found out it's because the light fixture was full of water apparently from a flood in the upstairs room. Our carpet was soaking […] wet. The toilet was not clean, The shower rod was about to fall out of the brackets, I did not like the hand held shower and the lack of water pressure. The Solid Core pocket door was so heavy we could barely slide it open and closed. We reported some of these problems to the front desk and they did the minimum to fix them. There is one elevator at this 4 story hotel and I could not find the stairs. At 9:30 AM every housekeeper in the building was lined up on floor one waiting for the elevator. There were at least 6 cleaning carts in the hallways blocking us off from everything and the ladies were not very eager to move them. The fitness room did not have a bench press of any kind and did not have any dumbells. There are 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and a weightlifting machine. I will most likely not be back to this hotel. Room was a bit smaller than discussed with online operator, reasonable due to full capacity of suites with two separate bedrooms were all booked which I requested. Hope this only a holiday issue or tourist town daily problem.

The only thing I was not satisfied with was I was suppose to have a king size bed.The room had a queen size bed.I only stayed there 2 nights but my confirmation said I had a room with a king size bed.I did not talk to the front desk about it because I was leaving the next day and I did not want to have to move all my luggage to another room.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. The happy hour was pretty cool, I wouldn't say it is a meal. They have 2 beers on tap, the wine is not very good. The food we did eat was good. I would stay here again, good location.

We loved this hotel, it was our favorite on our trip and we stayed w/ 5 different chains through Missouri, Texas and Arkansas! The customer service was great, our room was very clean and nice size, and having the mini kitchenette was perfect as we were tired of eating out so went to the store and prepared our meal the 1st evening! Also, we enjoyed sitting […] outside on the patio later in the evening and were surprised to see they had nice grills onsite for guest use as well. The breakfast had a nice selection and then an extra bonus was the evening snack/drink that was provided! There was a baked potato bar w/ lots of good stuff and complimentary wine and beer! I will definitely stay here again. Nice location, slightly out of town and close to Garvan Woodland Gardens (definitely worth a visit) and the lakes. Nice views from our room of the lake and very accessible for getting into town. Comfortable for myself and my son. Nice 'backyard' area for him to run around (fenced in). Only negative: lots of smoking […] going on around the patio area--especially on the weekend.
