A couple of problems with this place: Check-in is 4PM; check-out is 10AM. By the time you check in, then go out for dinner, all the amenities (pool, hot tub, etc) are closed (9PM). No need to clean up the kitchen. There will be no time for eggs in the morning; gotta check out by 10. For couples thinking of romancej, squeeze your lovemaking in fast in […] order to avoid going over check out or missing dinner. Oh yeah, take heed that if you lose any of your keys (which are simply cards), they charge $25 per card for replacement.Not to worry. The Hotel room was as explained full kitchen with a stove sink and dish washer which was awesome for the trip.. It also had a couch fireplace bathroom with a sink and shower and another separate sink in bedroom. and the view from the balcony was incredible.. The only con about this hotel stay was in our room the kitchen table the lamp have a huge spider […] web with a spider on it too bad i didn't get a picture i should of.. then the bathroom it looked like they didn't clean the bathtub because the bottom was all black looked like dirt and there was hair on the wall of the shower tub... and lastly which ruined it all was the one bedroom bed the sheets were not even changed! it smelled like an older woman had stayed there with her husband because there was a lightish brown hairs all of the place and a stain on the sheet.. so it kind of made me disgusted to even sleep in the bed. We also and to strip the linens on the beds and take out our own trash which i thought was a little absurd because i paid for a room and the maids( they left an envelope for a tip; which i disregarded anyway) should be doing that its there job! Also the pool and hot tub looked a little grimy on the bottom and sides of it.. i kind of expected more for the hotel.. if it wasn't for the fireplace and the full kitchen i don't think i would have stayed there! We took a family vacation and went to some local places for the day (Storyland) then to dinner and checked in late (past 9pm) The front desk was closed - we were checked in and when we got to the room, there was no AC (august vacation) and the room was over 90 degrees. When calling the front desk to ask why there was no AC in the room (not broken […] - no AC Unit), they said it was a forward service and there was no one to help, go to front desk in the moring. I stayed here with my kids. After seeing some of the reviews left by other travellers, I wasn't sure what to expect. But overall we were very happy with the place and hope to return. We stayed in a one-bedroom timeshare rental. There was one decent-sized bedroom with a king bed, a livIng room/dining room combo that included a fold out sofa, and a galley […] kitchen. With four swimming pools (two inside and two outside), hot tubs, game rooms, tennis courts, DVD rentals, playground, and basketball literally a few steps away, we had no problem finding things to do on a rainy weekend. Bear in mind that these are condos so housekeeping is somewhat self-service -- they don't come in and make the beds and take out the trash daily. But having your own kitchen is a nice plus and potentially, with good planning, a real money-saver. The staff was excellent, friendly and no attitudes at all. They even called our room the first night to make sure we had everything we needed. You might want to be sure you get a condo with air conditioning as many units do not have it. Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Village of Loon Mountain for two nights with our 4 year old and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean with plenty of fresh towels. Air conditioning was working beautifully and the views were outstanding. location breathtaking, staff was great offered us free up grade as soon as they saw we had 2 older chidren, to a 2 bed room unit if we wanted that did not have ac or said we could keep our 1 bedroom condo unit with ac and pull out sofa. cookware and kitchen utensils were plentiful with a dishwasher and tabs for dishwashing purposes. no room service, […] or cleaning while stay but clean linens always avail for pick up for few hours every morning. view again from private balcony facing mountain truly breathtaking. tennis courts, pools hot tubs on site, nice.....would definately visit village of loon mountain again. We stayed two nights in a one bedroom condo. It was clean and comfortable. It rained most of the time we were there so attractions were limited. We did not use the pool. The hotel was close to restaurants in town. I would stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay! We loved the location and the room was fantastic. Also there are several pools and hottubs to use. Very nice. Although we don't ski and it is too late in the season for it anyway, we had a beautiful view of th Loon Mtn ski area from our balcony.

We just wanted to get away for a kidless weekend of peace & relaxation & this was the perfect place. Loved the fireplace & deck facing Loon Mountain. & so close to everything. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our room and it was very comfortable. The only negative is that for guests who are staying just one night, the check in and check out are not generous enough. Check in was 4 and check out was 10 AM. Certainly the morning check out was much to early to enjoy the evening in the area and then have a bit of time to get going in the morning.

Room was clean and had a great view of Loon Mountain. My only issue was with the location of the indoor pool. In order to reach the pool I had to walk through the parking lot, into the main office, back outside to another building. Overall, not a bad stay but I would probably find another place to visit next time.

Our stay was a very good one, though there were a few small inconveniences. One, the plug in the kitchen sink was put in upside down and was blocking the water from going down the drain. I finally got it out with a knife. One of the drawer knobs in the bedroom was stripped and came off in my hand every time I opened that drawer. My daughter, who accompanied me on this mini vacation, was upset that we had to take our own trash to the dumpster in the lower parking lot. Very nice place, clean, quiet, nice location, great pools...one bedroom condos with everything you need, king size bed, plus pullout bed in living room, two big flatscreens, deck, fireplace, kitchen etc...the only thing missing was a/c..no airconditioning? overall a nice condo for around the same price as area hotel rooms.

Everything was nice while we were there, except the day of our check-out we asked for a 'late check-out" due to our 10 month old baby was taking a nap. We were told by one of the Customer Service Employees (young blonde female- very professional) that it was okay to stay until 1200. Loved Village at Loon Mountain. We have a one yr old daughter so the fact that the bedroom is separate from the livingroom/diningroom/kitchen was a HUGE convenience! Thank you for the AC! The place was clean, had everything we needed to cook, eat, relax. Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not adjust HVAC temperature. Facilities open only limited time. Check out extremely early (10am). Would not recommend a one night stay as you might not be able to use any facilities.
