We had a great weekend in Amish Country. Hotel was nice but first night had problem with noise from heating system. The hotel was very accommodating and changed our room for the next night's stay. Breakfast needs improvement but overall was fine.

Impressed with the hotel, particularily the service. The staff was quite accomodating, addressing all of our needs. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Take into consideration that the inn is approximately 150 years old, and requires a great deal of upkeep on this type of property, yet the facility was maintained impeccably! Except for untimely street maintenance, very noisy, our stay was very nice. Convenient to where we wanted to be. The food at the Bistro was outstanding and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and acommodating.

We spent the weekend at the Waynebrook Hotel as our base to visit Amish Country. It was nice that the hotel was off Rt. 340 and all the tourist attractions and congestion, but close enough for an easy ride to see Amish Country. The hotel service was great. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. It was a plus that they welcomed our small dog too. […] The rooms and common areas were very clean and wireless worked flawlessly. The bathroom was a little small but clean and functional. There was a band in the basement pub playing late into the night. We were on the second floor and it didn't bother our sleep a bit. Everything was nice but if you get the "jacuzzi" room it takes about 3 hrs to fill the jacuzzi ..so plan ahead. :). I also wouldnt call the breakfast a "buffet". The room was clean and cozy. The ambiance was like a bed and breakfast! I was a little disappointed with the AC as the building used central air. I believe the room would a benefited with a small fan to move the air in the room. The breakfast was good similar to the Country suites. This is the first time I have ever submitted a hotel review, I just do not typicall have the time. I stay in hotels 3-5 days per week due to job demands... this is the only room I have checked into that not only was dirty in appearance, carpet, bathroom , etc... but the catalyst in why I submitted this was due to the bed linens not being changed. There […] was dirt, hairs, straw, filth in my bed sheets... thank gooness my wife has trained me to allways check... for my trouble in complaning ( which I got the on duty manager up to see the room personally ) they banished me to a room half as small with no desk to do my work in the evenings ( it was a business stay in Lancaster ).. The hotel is actually fairly nice and the bar atmosphere and food actually was very good. However, due to the treatment I received from the hotel staff in hospitality, I will never stay there again. My stay was nice. However, the first night was very loud. The band played until 1:30 and shook the room. We had to be up early the next morning for a tournament and didn't feel rested at all.

I was extremely impressed by this small inn. We stayed in what I suspect is their best room, a jacuzzi suite, and I highly recommend it. It has 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi room all in the same suite. We were married at the Waynebrook in September. We just spent a weekend there to celebrate our '6 month' anniversary. As always, a wonderful stay and fantastic food. I have food allergies and they go out of their way to ensure I have a wonderful meal but not a worry about gluten. Upon entering our designated room with the request that my 6'4 husband have no foot board to our, it was apparent that someone had slept in the one side of the bed and left the covers unmade. When we arrived in our room we realized that there was not a whirlpool. We went back to the front desk and we were told that the hotel made an error and had us booked as a double bed only. He then said that they accidently overbooked the whirlpool rooms. He had to call a manager into the hotel who then told us that it was expedia's error. Stayed in the deluxe jacuzzi room . The entire room has more of a large comfortable bedroom feel than just a hotel room. Had an excellent dinner at the Bistro 10 restaurant downstairs. The room is large and comfortable, the Inn is pet-friendly yet clean and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and accommodating. Add to that the really good food & drink at the Bistro and the Horseshoe Pub. And being in the middle of the Amish Country - it's […] nice to walk the dog out into the country in the evening & enjoy the sun setting over the fields. If you don't like the smell of horses, stay in the city - but if you don't mind, you'll love seeing them them pulling Amish buggies through town, or supplying the horsepower for farmers haying the fields. I usually try not to rate hotels all 5's, but I couldn't find a reason to rate it any lower. It's a nice inn in the center of Honey Brook, PA. All employees were very friendly and helpful, and the room was great too (very large with a 4-post bed). I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was a good choice for our romantic get-away trip. LOcation is very convenient, in the middle of charming landscape, close to major cities. Hotel has an old-world charm, helpful staff and very good restaurant. Room was little congested but I believe it was one of the smaller ones. No room for morning yoga. Would stay there again!

We got checked in to our room okay, but the weather was terribly cold and our room was 62* and there were no extra blankets to be found. We were reluctant to ask for blankets because we had already asked for assistance because we didn't have any TV stations, and I will say that she wasn't very pleasant.
