"Pleasant surprise in Trapani, Sicily"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Excellent small hotel in one of the cleanest cities we have ever visited. Lots to see and do here, and Sicilians are so helpful, it is a joy to be here. Clean and quiet in a good shopping area, due to the cruise ship traffic,we suppose.Food choices are many, but prices are all over the map, so it was better to just eat the stand by Pizza, and save the eating adventures for later.Must see mountain top site of Erice!! Unparelled!
"Beach front"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
We enjoyed our overnight stay a great deal. We stopped for the night after picking up our car at the airport, before launching off south the next day. This is a vacation oriented hotel, I think, as it is in an otherwise not very interesting town/neighborhood. Restaurant was good, and not much else close by. We think we found this mostly by blind luck. We had pretty good MapQuest directions, but street marking are missing or pretty obscure. I advise contacting the hotel for their advice on how to find them.

Great location. Nice kitchens. Hotel staff very helpful. Plumbing whined all night. Noisier than most Italian hotels. Would stay there again.
"We went to see the one euro houses in Salemi"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 25, 2012
The hotel was convenient to the old center of Salemi and we could easily tour the city and the old houses. If you come for this reason be prepared for the narrow streets in the old city, lots of hills, and to walk. The hotel breakfast was good but typically Italian (no toaster, eggs). The staff was friendly and explained that on the day we went to Agrigento we could call in the afternoon and reserve dinner, which was convenient after many hours on the road. Salemi is a nice place for seeing a lot of western Sicily because it's in the center of the province of Trapani.

"Perfect for a relaxing break"
Lovely quiet hotel with pool just 5 minutes drive from popular San Vito Lo Capo. Well situated for exploring the local areas, including Zingaro National Park.
