Did this on a whim, the staff were cheerful and pleasant, the grounds were amazing and the room was really really nice (rented one of the cottage rooms) would definitely come back here... Loved the hot tub!

The hotel nicely appointed and in a good location. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was above average. Breakfast, parking, and internet are not actually 'free.' There is a daily service charge included in the room price. The noise, however, was untenable. Doors slamming, […] guest yelling down the hallways all hours of the night. I felt like I was at the Motel 6 in Daytona Beach during spring break. We asked to change rooms, which helped some. We will definitely stay here again. My review will mostly be about the room we had (a Executive Suite), which I loved. It had all the comforts of home and an amazing view. Washer & dryer, full kitchen, huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub, small but functional balcony...you couldn't really ask for more. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only […] reason I didn't give it all 5s was because they ended up draining the pool on the one day we had set aside for some downtime. That was a bummer but not the end of the world. And the light switches were just not intuitive, and there were lots of them all over the place. If you turned one on, you just weren't sure which light was going to come on. We came here in summer. I can't speak to what it's like in its full winter season glory. But if you're the kind of person who would rather not stay at a "mega" resort with all the hustle and bustle, this one is for you. One of the best accomodations we have stayed in of many winter trips to ski the Park City ski areas. We're well-traveled, professional/expert skiers. Our focus here is skiing--ALL day--no time for hotel inconveniences/delays. The in house restaurant offerings are great. Beautiful room and balcony overlooking the pool patio, and golf/Xcountry course, […] and snowy mountains beyond. The big bathroom has a wonderful jetted tub. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was nice, inviting and helpful. The room rate was comparable to the other hotels in the area with the same star rating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a more luxurious stay in beautiful Park City.

We stayed for 4 days over Christmas and the room was lovely, staff very friendly, and everything was pretty convenient at the hotel (ski rental, breakfast, spa,..) The hotel is not right in the village of Park City, so you do have to drive into town which surprised me. It's a very short drive, and I think they provide a shuttle service to the ski resorts. […] We had rented a car, so did not use the service. We had a suite that was listed as sleeping 4 adults. It is basically a king bed and a pull out couch. It worked fine for us and our two kids, but would not be ideal for two couples. Each room has a kitchenette and a washer and dryer as well. Our stay at the Hotel Park City was superb! The hotel is accommodating with a gracious and attentive staff. The concierge staff was always helpful and attentive. The only issue encountered is the organization/handling of personal ski equipment by the hotel valet. On the first morning of our stay, the staff could not locate my ski boots. Apparently, […] the boots were mislabeled but were returned to me. The following morning, the hotel could not find the ski boots of another guest. Perhaps a more organized system to identify the personal property of guest would be helpful? Coffee/tea/hot chocolate were complimentary and available all day. We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The suite was well appointed, decorated nicely and quite spacious. The suite itself exceeded our expectations. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, it was inconvenient to have to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs late at night when we arrived . Also there was no parking near […] our cottage, which was not a big deal given the mild weather while we were there, but if it had been more incliment it would have been more bothersome. One other quirky aspect is that to access the spa or the ski shop/valet you have to walk through the parking garage or go outside and then to another yet not connected area of the main building. Still overall, we loved the space we stayed in, found the staff friendly, and were conveniently located to both Park City and Deer Valley skiing. Read more

This was our 17th anniversary and it was a fantastic location. They upgraded us at no charge to a "cottage" that was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Service was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

Very nice room, even had a washer and dryer. The bell boy told us since all the parking stalls were full he could park the car for free, then the next day we got a bill for $10. The other service was great! The view from the room was great.

In general, the accommodations were as expected. A very nice hot tub on the deck - private with beautiful views. Very clean. Kitchenette was nice for the two of us. Surprised that dishwasher soap was not provided, not even hand dish soap, but were supplied with sample clothes washing soap. Since we were there only two nights, didn't feel like purchasing […] supplies at local store -- too inconvenient. The instructions for using the DVD were clear -- they just didn't work. This all-suite hotel is amazing - like staying in a lovely condo with all the comforts of a stocked place. They even emboss the edges of the tissue in the bathroom.
