Tara Angkor Hotel - Siem Reap

From the moment we walked into the lobby area and smelt the Lemongrass we knew we had picked the right hotel. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. This is a top hotel in a challenging environment. The service offered is unbeatable, we had a fantastic few days. It would be a real challenge we feel to find anywhere better to stay in the area. Attentive, professional, friendly and ultra polite staff, a well run Hotel.

This hotel is a bit far from the action of pub street but actually that's a good thing - it's only a 5 minute tuk tuk ride (usually $2) to get into town and that means it is in a quiet area away from the pub noise. A great hotel with a luxurious pool that you can return to after seeing the temples. Wonderful breakfast and excellent standard of room and breakfast. Service of the staff cannot be faulted.

Overall stay is OK but remember to put some money (abt 1US$) to ensure they change your bedsheet! The dinner in the hotel suzks. Suggest you take a tuktuk to the city for dinner.

I stayed at the Tara Angkor for four nights and was very happy with the quality of the room and service. Although the hotel restaurant was nothing special. Sokhy who works at the bar is really friendly and is the best cocktail maker!

We had two rooms both well equiped and clean, just a shame they werent next to each other but then the hotel was quite busy. Reception was good friendly staff and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and plenty to go around, buffet style so you could have as much as you wanted. Pool was nice to relax in after a day sight seeing.

The hotel was quite near to Angkor Wat and the old market. We only had to take a tu-tu which is their 3 wheeled motorcycle to all the places. We had a friendly driver whom drove us around to places. The hotel was clean and pleasant and the staffs were very friendly. The complimentary foot massage was great!

what you got was way more than what you paid for, its definitely a great choice, highly recommended!

An excellent 4* hotel all round, but you will have to take a U$2 tuk tuk each way into town to shop, go for food in the evening. We stayed in a Superior king size bed room.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Good breakfast, close to temples, very nice staff.

Clean, friendly staff, nice pool with a convinenet location 10-15 min ride to Angkor wat 10 min to pub street. Would recommend to anyone looking at this hotel.

This hotel is simply put just superb, only a little pricey but you get what you pay for. My only regret is that I didn't stay there longer. The rooms are very nice, clean and tidy. Crew good at English and helpful. Location awesome for temple excursions, and just a 10-minute walk to the center of Siem Reap.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing standards and service for the price. Our room was large and well-equipped with an excellent house-keeping service. The hotel is very nice and elegant. Staff very friendly, good knowledge of english. We appreciate the free shuttle to the airport. Only one not too nice remark: the swimming pool floor was not clean, and the pool's water did not smell too good.

We were a group of 8 persons staying 3 nights at Tara Angkor Hotel. It was located between the Town proper and the Angkor Wat temples area, so it was convenient to get back to the hotel to escape the afternoon heat after lunch. this was an excellent hotel-buffet was vast and tasty. staff were friendly. massages were 30% discount. get the tuk tuk driver direct from the back of the hotel so that they get the money directly. they are very friendly drivers and very efficient. this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in and the best in asia so far. amazing.

We loved this hotel. It ticked all the boxes...clean, comfortable and convenient for visiting the wonderful temples. Also only a short tuc tuc ride from the town ($2ish). We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was superb, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was immaculate. Would recommend (and have already) to friends & family traveling to Siem Reap.

After a hard day walking and climbing steps of temples, one needs relaxing atmosphere and this hotel provides amply for that.

Our arrival in the morning was greeted with a refreshing cold towel and a nice drink. Our room was very neat, spacious enough and comfortable. Tara Angkor claims to provide a 5 star hotel experience at a 4 star price, and I certainly thought it achieved that. Breakfast included a good, wide selection. I also used the hotel restaurant for lunch and found the menu to be comprehensive and affordable; and the food served was excellent. Fabulous pool area. the facilities and rooms are very well-designed with a great staff that offer impeccable service. the food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet is excellent. all of this for a fantastic price. i would come back as well as recommend this hotel.

Tara Angkor Wat is an elegant and modern hotel, that is loaded with individual personality and local charm. Food is fantastic and the locale is quiet and close to Angkor Wat, yet convenient to the centre of Siem Reap. Service was attentive and delightful. I would recommend this hotel whole-heartedly - it exceeded our expectations.

Down Town contains restaurants, bars, open night market. Hotel is also very close to National museum. Very plesant stay in nice hotel.

Etter å ha lest ulike anmeldelser på tripadvisor var jeg spent på å se hotellet. Ble over gjennomsnittet fornøyd. 시엠립 시내에서 약간 떨어져 있다는 점 말고는 모든 면에서 훌륭했었습니다. 지어진 지 얼마 안되어 시설도 깨끗하고 직원들도 매우 친절하며 제공되는 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 특히 식당 밖의 테라스와 작지만 이뻤던 수영장도 기억에 많이 남네요. 그리고 먼지 많은 시엠립 시내에서 약간 떨어져 있어서 오히려 공기도 맑고 조용해서 더 좋았던 것 같네요. 시내까지는 뚝뚝이로 2달러만 이동하니까 그건 별 문제는 안 되었답니다. 아직 한국인들에게는 많이 알려지지 않았지만 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Recomiendo este hotel ampliamente, la atencion, la comida, las habitaciones, la cordialidad, etc son de primera categoria. Se siemte uno mejor que en su casa. Estube con mi hijo y lo recomiendo como un hotel familiar y de negocios

호텔이용하면서 부대 시설이나 투어 안내 등 전반적 고객 서비스에는 만족하였다. 수영장과 레스토랑도 양호한 시설을 갖추었다. 하지만 숙박의 기본인 방음시설이 떨어져 밤에 옆방의 대화 소리라든지 TV소리들이 들려서 잠을 깊이 이루지 못하였다. 이것은 본 호텔의 가장큰 단점이라 생각한다.

ホテルの部屋、スタッフ、お食事、コストパフォーマンス全てにおいてクオリティが高いです。 ホテル全体にレモングラスの素敵な香りが漂っており 癒されます。 また、アンコールワットへも近く、利便性も良いのでまた機会があればこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。

立地的には、アンコールワットとオールマーケットの中間ぐらい。どちらにも車・トゥクトゥクで10分ぐらいで行けるので、移動には困りませんでした。 ホテルは清潔に管理されていて、とても快適でした。スタッフは、英語が通じましたし、日本人スタッフ・日本語が話せるスタッフもいて、対応もばっちりでした。
