Overall very good stay. Friendly staff who were accommodating when we wanted to leave luggage and car after checkout. Thomas the handyman was a great person and very helpful. Would stay but would not want end room as bit dark. Air conditioner needs update

Stay was okay if you can deal with alarms, sirens, and helicopters. View to the back of the hotel was not pretty. A wall full of graffiti. Staff was very pleasant.

The room was small but comfortable. Bathroom small and compact, with modern fixtures. Bedding very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast in the tiny dining room was quite good; nice selection of items.

Should have spent 75 more dollars and stayed at the Hilton, Roosevelt, etc. $110 is a good deal, but not for a room overlooking trash, with a wall AC so loud it wakes you up. Doors slamming, people talking/yelling in the hallway at 2am. "Buffet" breakfast was almost food, but not quite. Oh well, lesson learned.

positive: nice room, close to walk of fame, close to metro station negative: many homeless people in area (safety?), only 3 tables were available at breakfast for all of the guests overall: hotel itself is ok/good, but would not stay in this area again.

No doubt location are great. Walking distance to hollywood walk of fame. Spaces in hotel are limited. Room very small, only 3 tables in cafe. No microwave in room unlike mentioned. Free internet and print in office. Thumbs up! One person at counter are not pleasant!

Old property. Courteous Indian staff. Quasi-remodel with new paint and furniture but old doors, windows, and air conditioners. Free parking, internet and breakfast (including a waffle maker!) is the main attraction in a city where you pay for EVERYTHING! High concentration of homeless in the immediate area but In N Out Burger next door!

The location was great -- within walking distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and bars. The cosmetic upgrades they did are nice enough - paint colors, furniture choices, flat screen TV, etc. But the room itself was cramped. My friend and I could barely walk past each other to get to the bathroom or closet. The worst part of our experience […] was that the cleaner they use is way too strong and overpowering. The hotel staff was accommodating, helping us with the crazy satellite TV and cleaning a room quickly so we could leave our luggage when switching rooms from a double to a king. The rooms were substandard, but clean. There were lots of food options nearby, plus Starbucks next door, 7-11 and Ross clothing store across the street.

I had stayed in different motels in the West Hollywood area and this has been the most clean and looking one. The building exterior is much to desire but I was very pleasantly surprised to see how great the room was. It looks like it has been recently remodeled. The bathroom tiles, bathtub, and floor are all new. The decor inside is very nice. I didn't […] feel at all like I was staying at a motel. The closet is spacious. It is actually a walk-in closet and had light inside. There was a hair dryer and a coffee pot and coffee provided. If they continue to offer the same low rates, I would definitely go back to stay there. :-) I didn't wake up in time for the free breakfast so I can't comment on that. This is a motel, not a typcial comfort inn. Parking is tight, pool is pond. We were sent to the wrong room and our key opened a door that was occupied. If you are traveling with families spend a little more for comfort and safety.

The Comfort Inn is a motel and a very convenient location to West Hollywood. It is not new, but pretty well kept. Very tight parking. I mostly needed a place to sleep and it was good for the price. People who aren't picky about food might enjoy the free breakfast.
