Breakfast was very good and affordable. Walls are thin and the place is a bit noisy, but overall very clean and friendly.

Staff unprofessional and rude. You know the type: "if it weren't for all these customers, I'd have such a great job." I spend dozens of nights in hotels every year. If you don't have a good staff it really doesn't matter how nice your facilities. There are too many hotels who do both well to waste your money on this one.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was close enough for us to get to all the major sites and be near the Apple Blossom Parade route. The rooms were spacious. The lobby was bright. The staff were exceptionally helpful. I forgot my charger and the lobby clerk went to the back and pulled out a box of chargers that people had left behind. She stood there […] patiently while I tried to find one for my iPhone. The breakfast area is nice. The day we went there, staffing was not appropriate. We ended spending and hour and a half in the cafe and I food was late and not properly cooked. Wet pancakes are not so tasty. But other than that, the visit, overall, was good. I would stay again. It would be nice to have vending machines on each floor by the ice machines instead of going back to lobby for soda/water. That is my only suggestion. The staff was very nice and hospitable.

This place is comparable to many high-line hotels. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, with pleasant decor. The front desk staff is hospitable, and it is convenient to local sites in Winchester and the surrounding area. Loved this hotel. The space is beautiful and it's accessible to I-81 readily as well as Skyline Drive and the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley with great rates. Staff was friendly. Decent hotel. Everything was clean and adequate. Neither of us could sleep because the mattress was so hard we kept waking up. Also, the AC unit was really loud. We probably should have changed rooms - something was rattling inside. But the room was a good size.

We were required to evacuate during Hurricane Irene and Winchester was far enough from the coast. We selected your hotel and we're glad we did. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Kem's restaurant was great! Great Steak! We would have liked a bigger pool, but overall the hotel was just as described.

My family stayed here recently and loved it! The hotel is kept very clean, very kid-friendly, staff are all friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The showers are also great. Free lemonade in the lobby. Snack bar is open 24 hours and has a pretty good selection.

The bed was very comfy, the room was clean, bathroom had stand in shower, no bathtub (we didnt mind, infact liked the stand in shower better), loved the breakfast especially the fact that you can order from the menu, very hearty and filling. the buffet was also there for breakfast if we wanted.
