I was told when I booked the room that the pool was open, when in fact it was not. It did not open for a day and a half, part because of weather, and part because the desk clerk would not break away from a basketball game. The continental breakfast was mini powdered doughnuts out of a bag.

Cleanliness of room good, after a dirty chair had been removed and replaced with a better chair..although it smelt of smoke and this was a non-smoking room. The lampshade was cracked. I liked the hair dryer and easy to use shower. Desk service was good. The coffee was not good.Thank you.

The water went off for about an hour due to a busted pipe, the toilet kept running, and the floor was not vacuumed. However, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and i slept well.

I booked three rooms for two nights. Although the rooms were non-smoking, they all had a stale smell. On the first night, the air conditioner in my room failed. The next morning I went to the reception desk to inform them of the air conditioner. I spent over almost two hours without air conditioning! The maintenance man who repaired the unit told me […] to leave the unit on "low", and "don't touch it"! The public areas (walkways, outside hallways, stairs etc.) were filthy! Bed was comfortable and they kept the room clean. Shower was nice but tub was in terrible shape. No ice machine. Really needs to be updated.
