after our flight was cancelled due to snow we were "stranded" in this fantastic hotel... i wouldn't mind getting stranded again!!! everything about this hotel was wonderful, not to mention that across the street were several nice sit down restaurants to choose from ! will definitely stay here again before our flight home!

This place is fantastic! We stayed there with our 2 kids in a queen suite. It had 2 queen beds in one room, a separate living room with a pull out couch, and a pretty decent sized kitchen. Very comfortable and lots of space for us all to do our own thing. They had an outdoor sport court that my soccer loving son took advantage of. Although more of a […] fenced in basketball court, he was able to kick his soccer ball around and let off some energy.... The breakfast and breakfast area are great too! It was a great place to stay. I can't think of a single complaint. Great bed, clean room, pool was nice and clean, hot tub was clean and hot. Several restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again!

4 times the hotel staff promised the shuttle would pick us up at the Denver airport in 5 to 10 minutes. We waited outside in 30 degree weather for an hour before the shuttle arrived. Another couple on the shuttle complained they had also waited an hour, although they were told the shuttle would pick them up in 5 to 10 minutes. We could have taken a […] cab, or gone in out of the cold. We needed an early shuttle the next morning. The hotel staff twice told us they would call or leave a message to let us know what time the early shuttle would depart for the airport. We never got a call or message. Read more

Front Desk staff was AWESOME!!!!! We had never stayed in Denver before and they were very helpful in printing out directions to our destinations. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will NEVER stay anywhere else. Breakfast was very very good as well.

Great experience renting two rooms for my large family. Everyone had a bed and enjoyed the hot breakfast. Front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant recos, arranging for pick up directly from the rental car return, etc. Unique touches like a sport court weren't used due to the weather but what a great idea. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they gave our grandchildren a book and toy from the gift shop to entertain them during our brief wait for rooms. We were surprised with the complementary dinner as well as breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Tons of room and it looks brand new. The only drawback was the business center. The computers are running Vista! Took me 30 minutes to print out our boarding passes. They have a wireless printer but the wireless functionality isn't set up.

The staff is always super friendly here. The whole hotel is spotless and the rooms are as well. This is our go-to place to stay in Denver. It's worth it even if we have to drive across town to stay in a comfy clean bed. Consistently superior service!

it was like being at home, i loved the FULL SIZE Frig. relaxing; a few things went wrong but it was just one of those things. first night the fire dept had to be called, the parking lot lights were out the next day, also you couldnt take a bath since there were only shower stalls.
