      Stay was excellent. Rate was one of the best I could find and the hotel is delightful. had tea in the lobby- and service was excellent. Sheets, pillows, bed and amenities were all top- notch. In walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants (and heard rave reviews on restaurant under the hotel which I will definitely check out next trip).+S

      Very pleased with the Y. This hotel sits in the best location in HK next to hotels costing 2 to 3 times thier price. Get the harbour view room - it's worth the extra dollars espectially for the light show each night. Breamfast uffet was an extra bonus. We will stay here next time!

    The hotel is located quite close to the Luohu train station. Curiously the lobby is on the 5th floor and the bell boy at the entrance ignores your arrival, fortunately I travel light. The room had reasonable space, was clean and decent for the price except the flooring. Jan. was cold and the heating system malfunctioned but they brought in a portable […] heater and the room phone didn't work. There are no onsite facilities but it didn't matter as I was out all day and only came in to retire late at night. This hotel is probably suitable if you will be outdoors mostly, and for business, if you won't be having meetings at the hotel. Read more

    I got to ShenZhen about 8 times per year and am always looking for a great place to stay near Louhu station as a close hotel allows me a lot of travel options. This is a great hotel, easy to get to, and the rooms were far nicer than anything I've preciously seen in the area. I recommend it to anybody.

    I always stay at this hotel it is across from the Lo WU Train station and you must try the message Spa on the 4th Floor. 98 RMB or USD $20 with a tip for 4 hours which is and excellent price and the spa is very clean and modern.

    This hotel was fine for the price I paid, but probably there are better. THe staff had very limited English, it wasn't particularly clean, and although close to the border train station, hard to find (I had to take a taxi in the end). I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, but if it was a very good price, i might stay there again.

    Pleasant stay at this hotel, as with all Chinese hotels the beds arehard but this doesn't bother me. The staff were always happy to help but unfortunately they didn't know the user name for broadband in the rooms so i had to use wifi in the lobby. Also the food menu needs updating as they don't offer everything on it. the spa downstairs was an interesting […] experience and the billing a little confusing unless you speak chinese however i recommend the back scrub but my masseuse ruined my relaxation by being continually on the phone.     酒店在地铁罗湖站B2出囗5分钟步行距離超方便，且在联檢大樓通道竟有酒店的指示牌。只是B2出囗及酒店指示牌頗不易看到，但這不是酒店問題了，酒店职員也友善，故提示他们叫客人B2出囗左轉，便看到酒店。還有，問酒店职員，walk-in 價比纲上平￥20多元呢。窩心的是我們指定要不吸烟的空气清新房，他们打掃完再噴空气清新霧。從性價比來说，整体是滿意的。下次会再去。

    HPの地図が間違っており、雨の中探すのに苦労しました。深せん駅からは確かに近く、ホテル前の車道（近道）をくぐれば歩いてわずか５分程度です。香港へ行くには非常に便利です。料金の割に部屋は綺麗ですが、少し暗く、トイレからは下水の匂いが少ししたのが残念です。

    I really liked this hotel!! The staff is very helpful, the location is very convenient, close to subway station, luohu port, drugstores, restaurants, night clubs!! The price is also really worth it!! I stayed at a five stars hotel in Hong Kong that was three times the price and was as good as CAA!! Everytime they make up the room you get 2 compliments […] bottle of water with a welcome note!! That was really nice of them!! It is also very clean!! The only aspect i can mention is that the carpet is a little bit worn out at some corners of the room!! What is not a big deal at all!!     広州から香港に抜ける際、1泊しました。さほど期待していませんでしたが、この値段としてはかなり満足度が高かったです。もともとホテル自体全体的に安価なのでデラックスルームにしました。改装されて日が浅いのか非常に現代的な内装です。バスタブはありませんでしたがもともとバスタブは使わないので気になりませんでした。深圳駅からの道は複雑ですが、少々危険ながらタクシー乗り場からのトンネルを抜けていけば歩いて3分くらいで着きます。羅湖口岸まではホテル前の道を渡って歩道を駅の方向に素直に歩いていけば5分もかからずに着きます。アクセスは非常に良いです。ホテルはす向かいにはwifi　freeの安価なレストランがあり、ただ泊るだけの我々には夕食にも困りませんでした。コンビニはホテルビルの裏側にあります。中国→香港のア […] クセス重視には安価ながら大変便利で綺麗なホテルです。 Read more
