      Room was comfortable and in good shape. Shower worked well. Coffee and Tea in room was a nicefeature. Front desk was friendly. Pool was cool, hot tub was just right. On site restaurant provided a good Sunday Morning Buffet.

      This is a nice hotel. The rooms are a bit cramped. The restaurant is fantastic. There is no room service however which is surprising considering they have the restaurant.

    This is a nice hotel. The location isn't great, but walking into Upper Town is not difficult and parking is both close and cheap. It has good rates for a lovely suite, which was ideal for travelling with kids. The local area has lots of food options if you don't want to walk into town. Its on a busy road but the windows were quadruple-glazed; we heard […] nothing. So the downside? Well, the a/c in our room wouldn't work, I asked the receptionist and she told me in no uncertain terms that this was my problem, that she was busy and she couldn't help. The room was hot, those windows can't be opened, the a/c was blinking red and the hotel had refused to help. I was not happy. I'm an engineer, so after some googling I got it working, but the attitude from the staff took the shine off this hotel. Breakfast was not what I'd normally expect but was delicious, all locally sourced and we all really enjoyed it. I would go back, what you get for the price is good and I now know how to fix the a/c! There are only three floors but no elevator, which may be important to know. Read more
