This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.
Location.
Conveniently near the airport, Calypso Hotel Cancun is in Cancun (Cancun Hotel Zone), close to Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano, Playa Linda, and Playa Langosta. Also nearby are Playa Las Perlas and Playa Tortuga.
