"center of the city"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel was very nice. Very close to Piccadilly station. all kinds of shopping and great areas to see. I had a great time just roaming the city. The only bad experience I had was that one evening at 3 in the morning the next room decided to have a gab fest for an hour. other than that I was very happy with my stay.....
"Great location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as we took the nearby Oxford Rd train station often. The breakfast was excellent.
"Very spacious"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The hotel/Aparthotel was huge. I was disappointed about being on the ground floor, but other than that it was very good. I would have appreciated the presence of UHT milk with the sachets of coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge - could have happily fit four people in the room - which at the rate I paid a night would have been well cheap! The bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels and, importantly free wifi - although one does have to sign up to a website. One passcode per device, but relatively fast.
"Clean and efficent"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Stayed here the night before flying out of Manchester airport. The hotel is very convenient to the airport being within an 8 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, the room clean the tv worked all was good. We ate at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and were pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and presentation. Dinner was reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The breakfast buffet well stocked and the waitstaff very attentive.

Basic hotel rooms, modern, bright and airy. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Have stayed several times and will use it again. Only comment is that if you want to rise late in the day (or want to sleep due to jetlag, as we did on our first day) it is too noisy as you can hear the non-stop banging of doors, vacuuming etc., from around 8am through […] to the afternoon. It was a comfortable, clean bedroom. Nice location, easy to find and grocery, petrol and couple of good restaurants nearby.Only down side was anosiy wedding reception going on when I stayed, thye did shut it off by 11pm though.
Clean and friendly staff, and good value.
"Superb, one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in."
This hotel was fantastic, we had a really modern room, which as a wheelchair user was fully accessible and was brilliant, the hotel was great for access being a brand new build and is located just off the M6. I received great service and the staff were polite and helpful.
Staff need training in how to friendly and even smile!!!!!!!!!!
Efficient and friendly reception. As a business hotel it does the job well.

"Very noisy"
Hotel is extremely noisy. Noisy road outside with windows closed - poor soundproofing and thin walls - was kept awake by people in room next door. Rooms have laminate floors so you hear everyone walking about. I booked my poor husband in for a business trip last night and he did not wake up happy at all and now has to present to customers tired and […] grumpy. Dreadful experience. Read more

"Basic"
Good for a night away or a business trip. Rooms can get really hot and when having the window open if your by the East Lancs then it is really noisy with traffic. You are only given one pillow (but can request more) and the double bed is really small. If you want a cheap one night stay here.

"ramada encore haydock"
the overall standard of the hotel was very good but the room we had (115) was close to the A580 dual carriageway and even with double glazing we found it noisy and along with some noisy guests we found it hard to sleep thankyou p marshall

"The Ramada Encore, Haydock"
The Ramada Encore in Haydock is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are most pleasant and helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. The food at the hotel resraurant is excellent and the ambience relaxing. There is ample parking and the hotel is approximately half an hour;s drive from Liiverpool.

Hotel was conveniently placed to visit surrounding areas but didn't live up to expectations. On a main road that was very noisy all night, mattress was very uncomfortable, toilet was wonky and wet room was an experience! Hotel service couldn't be faulted and the hotel itself looked good. We won't be returning.
