The staff was extremely friendly and our room was very clean when we arrived. The only thing was that since we were staying less than 7 days, our room... was not cleaned daily. We could have requested it to be cleaned but did not realize it till it was too late for such request. For the expense, we would have liked our beds made daily but not a big deal. This is by far the best hotel we ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The hotel staff was awesome. Very helpful and informational. The pool filter had broke day before check in so we were given the option to go next door to use the pool at another hotel.. Ended up having to stay extra nights due to family becoming ill and hospitalized. […] Hotel staff was very helpful during this time helping us to get back and forth to hospital and extending our stay at same rate. Hotel was conveniently located to everything in town and the hotel amenities were awesome. Great to have own full functioning kitchen in our room.. Hotel even had a social hour and dinner at no cost during weekdays. It was the best hotel we have ever stayed at and would greatly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel. This was our first overnight with a toddler, and my first stay at Staybridge Suites, and I will definitely stay there again. The extra space the Suite provided was excellent. 2 flat screen tv's, a refrigerator, 2 burners - we were spoiled. I'll have a hard time ever staying in a traditional hotel room again.

We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was amazing! This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. It was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the pool was nice, the staff was kind, and it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. I just had my MIL book a room there.

A traveler's hotel with many of the amenities of a luxury hotel. Beautiful room with very comfy beds. Above the ordinary breakfast with real dishes, glasses and silverware! Nice artwork throughout the hotel. Newspapers offered. Lots of "little touches" that make you feel as though you are in a four star hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent in all aspects. One of the most comfortable hotels we have had the pleasure to stay. Watched a football game while sitting in very comfortable theater style lounge chairs while doing laundry for free just down the hallway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I opted for the suite and had lots of room. Very clean and very comfortable. Light breakfast was served daily and some nights even had dinner. I will stay here again when in Rockford.
