This is a good alternative to save your life when all the hostel are all booked for the week-end in Manhattan, although you need to like walking a little, because the train station is not so close (10-20 min). The train only takes 30 min to Penn station while it could take more than an hour from the Bronx, the Queens or Brooklyn. It is more expensive […] though. It was not bad but wasn't great either, next time I'll just book more in advance to be sure I'll get something in Manhattan! Read more

The hotel was conviently located near the New Jersey Turnpike and bridges leading into New York city. The surrounding area was good for fuel and food. Had trouble with parking near room and the breakfast could have been better (i.e. bagels). For a 3 night stay we only had cleanin in our room once. Das Hotel ist nur für eine Übernachtung ohne weitere Ansprüche zu buchen. (Nicht sehr sauber) Die Hoteleinfahrt liegt in einer Kurve einer viel befahrenen Straße und ist schlecht einzusehen. Alles in allem, übernachten und bloß weiter. (wenn überhaupt)

wir hatten etwas günstiges in der nähe von new york gesucht und das rodeway inn gefunden. wenn man gut zufußist und eine stunde fahrt in kauf nimmt, hat man für den preis ein ziemlich gutes motel erwischt, wobei man aber die straße ziemlich gut hören kann, weil es direkt neben ihr liegt. die zimmer sind sehr sauber.
