The Hotel was very clean!! I loved the room:) The staff were very rude!! We were approx 5 miles from beach, and prices beach front were much cheaper....

"Looks like the maid just made the bed"

When we arrived at the hotel it was a newer looking building. I even upgraded to a room with a hot tub. When we got into the room we settled in and shortly there after my girlfriend found a razor blade and cut off straw. This was disturbing and we brought it to the attention of the front desk who did not seem to care. Not only that but it looked like the hot tub needed a good scrubing to it had a ring all the way around it. the continetal breakfast consisted of stale bread or english muffins coffee or juice and cold cereal, what a disappointment

The rooms were very nice. Newer hotel. "breakfast" needs work.I traveled with a group and they were ready for us and took good care of us.Overall great hotel for the price!!!

The hotel was about 15 minutes away from the beach but the drive was worth the amount I paid for the room. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

"Duplicated Room Key To Another Guest"

The hotel itself is nice and in a good area, however, the key I was given and the room I was assigned in the computer were different, resulting in the room I was actually staying being booked again later in the night. I woke up around 1 AM to a complete stranger entering my room who had just checked in and been given a key to my room. I did not feel safe for the rest of the night. This was completely unacceptable and all I was offered upon checkout was the comment "he was really embarrassed when he found out what happened."

Breakfast???? if U call coffee,juice and bread breakfast ok. could use a few more thing like fruits and such. Maid service was not that good needed to go to the front desk alot to ask for things, one day they did not clean the room at all. The biggest thing was maid would turn the air off each day and we broke heat records every day we were there. Hotel in new and good shape but they need to work on the service dept.

Three out of four of us ended up sick on our camping trip to Panama City in July. This hotel was very comfortable, clean and you can't beat the price. It was a little far from the campsite the rest of our family was staying at, but it was such a comfortable place to sleep and get breakfast it was worth the drive. The kids were well by the time we left.

The hotel was very nice. It was about 20 minuites away from the main beach, but in a quiet area away from all the activities. We booked a King size bed and when we got there, only double beds were available. But overall, it was very nice for the good rates.

We had to ride about 20 minutes on bikes to get to the beach. Beds are bathroom were nice as well as the tv. We did find a used condom wrapper under our bed which reflect on the cleanliness of the room. We also got stuck in a smoking room when we requested non smoking.Thought we would get a little more for our money,

My stay at the Panama City Red Roof Inn was great. I was hoping to stay at a hotel on the beach however, I didn't want to pay beach hotel prices. We decided to stay at this location which was only 15 minutes away from the beach. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Customer service was good, at check in the guy was vary friendly. This location is a little over a year old and you can still smell fresh paint. 2 thumbs up!!!!!

This hotel was very nice, newly remodeled and clean, however there were a room of teens next to us and they were so loud all night we couldnt sleep. I called the desk to complain at 2 am and the guy acted unconcerned. I was told later that was spring break week so that was probably unusual. I do think the front desk manager should have been more concerned.

"Still Smells New!"

The hotel was very well maintained and appeared to be relatively new, and even smelled new. The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. However, we did have a fire alarm at 5:30am, went outside...came back in after the FD said it was ok...it went off again...went back outside...came back in and went back to bed...went off a third time. We had some problems checking out, due to lack of communication between the customer service people whom I notified twice the day before that I would be checking out early in the morning...yet the correct paperwork was not left for the night customer service person along with mistakes and overcharges on the system. In the end, the problem was resolved and I was not overcharged. Don't get me wrong, the physical condition of the hotel was excellent, customer service just needed a little work.

The elevators are EXTREMELY slow, and only one of them. Became frustrating. Reserved non-smoking, got placed on smoking floor...phew.
