This is a 2 star, but has nice furniture and is pretty updated. If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive stay at a clean place this isn't a bad choice.

I read some bad reviews about this place before my stay so I was a little worried, but it turns out that it was a wonderful stay. it was great they allowed us to check in a little early . We were only there for one night we came for a show and did'nt want to drive home after. The room was great the BED was so comfortable everything was great .WILL BE STAYING AGAIN

The exterior of the hotel was immaculate and even the pool area was as clean as the rest of the area surrounding. To cold to go swimming though the water was a beautiful inviting blue. Desk staff acknowledged us as soon as we walked through the door. Our room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was wonderful.

It was what it needed to be. It was clean, comfortable, safe. The room was pretty large for the price. The breakfast room is quite small. There are a lot of carbs to offer. Hotel isn't the newest but was all we asked for. Bathrooms had just been renovated. Not in a very beautiful area by any means but my wife and I felt safe there. About a 10 min drive east to the beach/things to do.

Rooms were updated and clean. Close to many restaurant choices, but about 15 minutes from beach tourist area, which was perfect for our needs. Staff was helpful and provided maps of area and accommodated requests.

The staff was very friendly and eficient. Intially there was hair found in area that it should not have been, but cleaning staff took care of it right away. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom over the tub. Overall I woild stay there again.

Great place to stay. All of the staff there were friendly and helpful. I would high recommend staying there. If wanting to go to Panama City Beach it is a great place to stay out of the conjested area. Only takes about 15 min. to get to the beaches and shopping. Also there is lots of shopping in Panama City for those that want to shop.

I had the Superior King room and it was perfect for me and my daughter. The room had plenty of space for all of our stuff, plus a computer desk. The matresses needed to be replaced in rm 209 and the carpet really smelled of mildew , altough for the price it was doable for a night before we continued on to seagrove and our final destination . The staff was very helpfull and the pool was nice and not crowded .

I had a NON-SMOKING room but when the AC was turned off, I could smell cigarettes throughout the bedding and room, this bothered me. People who rent non smoking rooms and smoke in them discusses me! And the hotel did not do an adequate job in keeping the non-smoking rooms clean and cigar scent free as they should be.

Stayed spring break 3/29-4/6/2012. Had a smoking room (smelled fresh upon arrival) on the 3rd floor end. Room was very clean and NO evidence of bugs. Kitchenette was great, had 2 burner stove,sink, microwave, apartment sized fridge,dining table & was super clean. Shower pressure & hot water just like home. Beds comfy, pillows so so. Parking well lit […] & close to entrance doors. Only 1 elevator, but stairs wide & easy to navigate. Didn't use the pool or the breakfast area, but both looked nice & clean. Computer & printer in the lobby worked so I could print boarding passes. Wi-fi worked well most of the time & the room had a very good work area/desk layout. Climate control had clean filters & worked great. Over all it was quiet, clean, & comfortable. I would stay again. Close to every thing. I only booked this hotel bc of the reviews I read and the fact that wifi was free. I have work I had to do but I couldn't maintain a connection. It was very shotty and it disconnected every few minutes. If they don't fix the wifi, they are going to lose a lot of money. The continental breakfast area is so small it's pathetic.
