    Hotel was good for the price we paid ie it was of the cheaper variety. The hotel and room were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Waffles... at breakfast were nice too. Bathroom was clean and we had plenty of room. The down sides - hallways smell like mold and the airconditioning in the room turns off when you remove the card-key which means if you are out all day your room smells when you return. Not sure about the bed linen - had slight stain / discolouration on it which I presume had not come out in the wash (never sure about these things). It was convenient to where we wanted to go and also close to eateries and seven-eleven's, so overall it was reasonable to stay at. by a Hotels.com guest on 08/04/10

One or two small mishaps affected the holiday but the reception staff and Amy in particular were very good and helpful and remedied the deficiencies as quickly as they could.     The best thing about this hotel is location. The room was clean and reasonable as well. However, one thing I did not like was the internet. They lend cables at the front desk to use the internet at rooms, but on the first day of my stay, all the cables were lent and I could not have it. On the second day, I procured a cable and tried to connect to the […] internet, but it didn't work. No staff was able to help me as they were not really familiar with computers.     酒店地理位置很好，靠近gaya街，出门就有很多吃饭的地方，步行到码头10-15分钟。设施一般，没有牙刷，拖鞋，保险箱，卫生有待改善，死角位置发现有灰尘和杂物，床不是一般地软，像塌下去一样。没有免费水。前台服务人员很差，歧视中国人，特别有一个短发带眼睛的胖女人，长得像华人，但不懂中文，对我打印的中文BOOKING看不懂表示不满，要求换2张床的房间时，态度很恶劣，严重歧视中国人！！！在酒店偶遇的中国人也表示遇到相同经历（要求不被接受，且态度恶劣）！不会再考虑入住！！

    코타키나발루에 새벽시간에 도착해서 하룻밤 저렴하게 잘 묵었습니다. 공항에서도 가깝고, 위즈마메르데카나 KK플라자도 가까워서 위치상으로는 정말 최적의 조건이구요, 시설이나 서비스는 딱 그 가격만큼이네요... 조식도 그렇구요.. 저렴하게 이용하기 좋습니다~

    住房沒有窗因是平價房, 但清潔寧靜可接受; 住了幾天1borneo都要候車到市區, 雖然hypermall 都有好多選擇, 但到此酒店往海邊走一分鐘便是海鮮及熟食大排檔, 再往西南走一分鐘便是海味乾貨及蔬果市場, 鮑魚花膠海帶等都便宜, 食飽榴槤還帶了一個回香港. 唔錯. 附近的本地旅行團還便宜了一截呢.
