as good of a location as anything in Dubai. Kinda far from some of the major tourist attractions like the Burg Khalifa, Al Arab, Wild Wadi, etc... Close to Irish Village and souks.

I had to call the front desk twice for the computer connection that I had to pay for. I also had to call the front desk 4 times about adjusting the air conditioner, as they control your comfort level. They did not adjust the air until I informed them that I was not with any company staying there and I had paid for my room. Then it still took them over […] an hour to adjust the air conditioning. I was unable to sleep all night as the room was stuffy and the windows do not open. Choose another hotel where you control your own ac or heat comfort level. This hotel has hookers walking in front all night and smokers on both sides of the front entry. Annoying when you are trying to come and go. I don't want to see people hanging around the front doors of the hotel I am staying in. Read more

The hotel is was in the perfect spot for the mall. the train, and bus and close to the airport. It was like a ONE STOP SHOP. For people with children the mall is across the street. And for people who want a cocktail there are places in walking distance to get and get your spirits. Grocery store around the corner. Like I said be the ONE STOP SHOP

Hotel room is very big. Its a small studio with kitchen and very clean. The reception has starbuks coffe shop. Resturant is clean and nice. But most important advantage of the hotel is the location. The hotel itself is very nice. The first room I had was not clean, it is due to be remodeled and should not have been rented out. When I requested another room I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was lovely. The pool area is great - large pool, decent gym, spa services available. The restaurant is good with a great buffet and the wait staff […] is very accommodating. However the front desk staff is less than enthusiastic. There is a new senior staff who should be able to make improvements. Customer service really does impact a persons stay. Overall the lovely rooms, complete with kitchen, two baths and a very comfortable bed made for a nice stay in my latest stay in Dubai. It feels like a home away from home and I would recommend this hotel. I stayed in mid November so it was fully booked. The weather in Nov is great. Read more

Hotel was ok . But i was not comfortable at all . I reserve hotel for7 nights but i checked out after one day . No phone service in room had to go out everytime . No restaurants around that area . & hotel food was not fresh ... I will never go at that place again unless its emergency if i couldnt found any space

Our time in Dubai was aimed at relaxation after a hectic but wonderful holiday in Turkey.We are a couple in our early 60's, fit and active. We were so lucky with our room allocation, maybe because we were staying 5 days, because we were given a 6th floor corner apartment which was so comfortable. The convenience of the Reef shopping mall just across […] the road enabled us to stock up on food and beveridge supplies after we checked in at 22.00. Aahhh- a sleep in and a late breakfast, heaven! The close proximity of the metro station made for easy comfortable and cool access to the many areas of Dubai including the souks and numerous shopping malls.We found an overall sense of friendly, helpful assistance in Dubai by the inhabitants and the Reef Metro staff were the same but so much more with their consideration and concern. We have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to fellow travellers. Read more

Jeg synes hotellet ligger godt i forhold til Metroen , samt indkøbsmuligheder.Morgenmaden er ikke pengene værd samt internettet er meget dyrt på dette hotel. God Pool og motioncenter. Briefmarken waren trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht im Hotel erhältlich, obwohl in den hauseigenen Broschüren explizit darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass Briefmarken an der […] Reception erhältlich sind. Für den Fall, dass man auf Kleinigkeiten wie Kundenservice verzichten kann, ist dieses Hotel allerdings zu empfehlen. Großzügige Apartments zu einem vernünftigen Preis und günstig gelegen.
