"Comfortable, quiet room"
One night. Arrived late but was courteously greeted and given a great room. Lobby restroom needed attention but otherwise great place with a good breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Desk clek bashed Expedia, stating I'd get better rates through the hotel. Said she didn't like Expedia. Rooms need to be updated - especially the tvs. difficult to change channels and lousy screens.Genuine Expedia guest review

"DO NOT stay at Staybridge Suites Augusta"
The hotel is good , however they tend to not follow the request of the customer. We asked two times "Do Not Disturb" or That we do not need room service. They assured us they would inform house keeping on this. Well house keeping entered the room anyway. They pick-up dirty towels, however they did not replenish new towels. I DO NOT recommend Staybridge […] Suites Augusta, since they did not follow instructions of no room service as requested. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I picked this hotel of the many in Augusta because it was clean. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were awesome!! Polite and professional with an eagerness to make my stay more comfortable. I travel quite a bit for business and I definitely will be back and highly recommend this to my fellow businessmen.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and was in a convenient location for shopping and dining. Neighborhood is ok, but sometime during the night I heard a domestic argument outside my window coming from the apartments across the street. I asked the hotel desk clerk how safe the parking lot was and he told me that the police patrolled it pretty […] well. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"STAY @ STAYbridge"
We were in Augusta because my husband had some business there so he left me in the room with my sewing machine and took the truck. I went downstairs for breakfast which was tasty and everyone was super nice. I got some newspapers and went back to my room for a whole day of sewing! Since Staybridge is a Suites Hotel with a full kitchen, I brought some […] lunch items with me and I made my own lunch instead of calling a taxi or walking in the Georgia heat. Staybridge is close to some great restaurants: Tacosushi/Boll Weevals, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the room was quite. We needed to stay in Augusta one more night so my husband could finish the job but Staybridge was overbooked and we had to go over to Courtyard Marriott the the last night in Augusta which is also nice but not as nice as Staybridge. My advise: STAY here if you can! If not, Courtyard across I-20. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location & In excellent condition"
We ended up arriving very late but were very happy to find this to be clean, really quite new, a decent price and in excellent condition. The breakfast the next morning was more than enough. My only regret was that we got there so late the night before and did not have much time to enjoy the room more. If needed we will definitely stay here in the […] future. "it was just OK~"
i booked the suite. the space was sufficient. but they did not clean our room because it was the weekend. advised when i came back to my room in the evening i should have let them know that morning i wanted it cleaned. at this pricepoint i expect my room to be cleaned. there was no pool disappointing for the kids. night staff was not pleasant at all. […] morning staff was excellent and went above to fix a problem the night staff (front desk) made. food bar ok. no taste what so ever even when trying to doctor it up. kitchen in our room so we made our own meals from then on. had to call for clean towels the next night. "great location to shopping and eating"
nice clean well kept property. great location to mall and resturants. room size was great. staff was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was quite different from other Staybridge Hotels that we have stayed in as recently as 2 weeks ago. It was clean and quiet! Only complaint was that we could not get parking spaces due to people sitting at front of hotel with their cars blocking the driveway to the lot! When we asked the people sitting on the benches in front of hotel if they knew […] whose car they belonged to one said that it was her car. She acted put off cause we needed to get our car into a space. She proceeded to moved her car closer to the curb possibly impeding someone else getting their car parked! The other car was still in the same spot the next morning when we were leaving! Mind you these were not "parking spaces" in the lot. There was no place to pull in to check into the hotel other than parking spaces! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Best of the Area"
If you are on a quick business trip, best place to stay in the area. You can walk to many places to eat, and it is close to freeway. Not spectacular by any stretch, but better than the other hotels in the area. Only dislike was could not get the room to cool down under 75, and bed was hard as a rock.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good place to stay for the Masters."

"Road warrior that appreciates a CLEAN hotel"
I travel alot so I get to really see the good, the bad and the ugly of alot of hotels. I always try to remain optimistic about traveling but dirty hotels can get me down. Traveling is something I have to do because it is part of my job. Staybridge only enhanced my positive mindset with their wonderful hotel. It was very clean, modern, it smelled nice […] and it was decorated beautifully. I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel. Now when I travel I will always look for a Staybridge Suites Hotel. It was truly a very great experience. It was really like being at home. I cooked a gourmet meal in the well equipped kitchen. I even took a hot bath in the very clean bathtub. Thanks for making a difference in a Road Warriors life. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Masters Pop In"
Decent enough hotel, friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is 'OK' lets be honest. Room fine, spacious and tidy/clean. For Masters Patrons its a 15-20 min walk to the course. There are ample restaurants nearby within 5-10 min walk.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good hotel, and Super staff"
My wife and I used this hotel for the Masters and we found it to be a very conveinent choice of hotel (we walked the second day to the course, which was a lot easier than struggling the short distance in traffic). even more pleasing was the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. We were also impressed with the breakfast buffet which even though simple […] was more than adequate and well stocked at all times. The biggest praise needs to go to the staff at the hotel, who throughout were welcoming and helpful. This must be a very busy week for all hotels in the area and yet we always met a welcoming face and helpful assistance. in particular Sherry Smith the General Manager was an absolute star!!!! We will be back and we have reccomended this hotel to our friends who are coming next year. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast"

It's a typical Staybridge, but we LOVE them...our favorite hotel chain. We had gotten in late & put in a last minute reservation. When we arrived no one was at the desk at first & we couldn't find a cart, but soon we were taken care of. We had JUST made the reservation on the phone & it seemed that the reservation did not show up on their computer system. After further investigation, it seems that the reservation had been put in for the following evening. Certainly this was not Staybridge's fault and the young lady made a call and adjusted the reservation for that evening. Thank you for her patience! We had a nice overnight stay & would stay here again.

My mom had to stay here for an extended period for medical care at local hospital. I joined them for part of the stay in a 2 bedroom efficiency and I was impressed!! Great, wonderful staff and clean clean clean... loved the breakfast... got you to lunch!
"Nice for long-term stays"

I stayed in this location for a week while I was looking for a place to live in Augusta for work. The rooms were decent and kept stocked of toiletry items. I had a problem that when I moved in, there were missing items in the cabinet and towels missing. I called the front desk and they took care of this pretty quickly. I recommend that when you arrive in your room, you review the inventory of items actually in the room versus what is on the inventory list so that you are not charged for items taken by the prior guest. The breakfast is decent and in the evening there is not a dinner but a decent snack available several nights per week but not every night.

Stayed at this hotel many times for business but it's nice coming to a place were you are often treated as family. Front desk and hotel staff are friendly and always very accomodating. Look foward to always returning. Rooms are clean and well kept, although during my stay I twice returned to my room after work to find my room door not closed but still open. I let the front desk know after the second time and it didn't happen again during the remaining time of my stay. Always a pleasure staying here.

Don't make RSP over the internet for Masters Week! Call hotel direct! I walked into a handicap room, which I was told was a rack room! Asked for a change ... But no rooms available, of course it's Masters week. The room charges are sometime 10 times normal rate. I feel sorry for someone requesting a handicap room. I would get fined if I parked in a handicap space! Maybe Hotels should be fined, too! Anyway, the room was clean, but for some reason a fork was in the bathroom sink. The staff was friendly but failed to provide me with another room. Another person beside me at the office desk said "At least you don't have another person in your room!" Good luck finding an open room! The hotels charge at least 5 times the normal cost during Masters week ... it's all about money! Don't stay in Augusta during the week... I would recommend Columbia area. The rates are not thur the roofs, yet. It's about an hour drive to the Masters.
"The staff did not care about guests"

1 - My last stay at hotel, I saw a women with pet in hotel. She was walking her small dog in corridor and lobby of Staybridge Suites Augusta. I asked how much "Pet fee". I wanted to bring my pet. Very interesting. Pet is not allowed at Staybridge Suites Augusta. Really??? 2 - In evening, on my room door I put sign; "Do not disturb". AT 8-30 AM Made know at my door!!! I was after long day at hospital. I wanted had a rest, sleep. For this reason, I did not stay at hospital. She did not apologize for wake me up. 3 - I asked extra pillow. Pillow at hotel - NOT AVAILABLE. 4 - TV did not show all channels - that on program. My husband called a manager. At 9 am. Manager came to room at 4-30 PM. Of course, He can do nothing, because he did not saw technician at this day. And technician left for today.
"Fine hotel - not quite as fine as reviews"

Front desk guy really good. Hotel - well it's a luxury extended stay. But with that, you get minimal housekeeping, etc. It was clean, near modern, and close to restaurants. Easy on off access to highway. The Internet - not great - they had like 5 networks and one would work an hour and then i'd switch to another. Gym - old but varied equipment. Overally you'll do fine here. PS - kudos to the ripe and fresh honeydew at breakfast - other hotels use frozen. there was a real difference here.

This was my 3rd consecutive year with friends during Masters week, and it has only gotten better each time. The staff from Sherry, NARY, Kristin and Rosa are there every year remembering your name, always smiling despite the hectic week during Masters. The rooms are Very clean, spacious and comfortable...the lobby area cozy and contemporary, with a full and well-stocked breakfast. We watched the play-off on Masters sunday from the leather lazy-boys in the theater room... awesome. The location is perfect -- 1 mile walk to front gate of Augusta National, yet on the right side of traffic as the I-20 is a stone's throw; short walk to Bonefish, Starbucks and other amenities. A drive straight thru the Washington intersection and you're in the estate-type homes around Augusta National, bypassing Washington traffic to the quieter gate 9 entrance. The Kroger and Fresh Market is a couple blocks away to stock your kitchen. wifi free and reliable. Augusta Chronicle and water...shuttle to boot. The best value for money during Masters week, considering the cost and poorer quality of other hotels in the area. Thankyou Staybridge Augusta ! My Augusta family ! ~ Frank, Toronto Canada
"Like Coming Home..."

I have stayed at this property many times on business over the years. Always find the rooms clean and furnished nicely. They are spacious and offer a nice retreat after a long days work. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. Miss Sherrie always welcomes our group when we return each year and having what seems like little turnover at the front desk makes it feel like coming home again. There are other places to stay in Augusta, but you can't get that feeling everywhere.

Great hotel with an unbelievable staff. From check-in to check-out a wonderful experience. Stayed in a two bedroom two bath suite that was very spacious and CLEAN. This hotel was beyond clean and every encounter with any staff member was a pleasure.
