The staff is wonderful. Lots of room in our two-bedroom suite (we're a family of 6). Very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet the morning of our stay was great. My only complaint was the very thin walls. There were very few people checked in during our stay, so I'm confused as to why they had to put people right next door to us. All in all a pleasant stay. On Sunday when there was to be no cleaning service they refreshed the towels and emptied the waste baskets. On Monday when there was to be complete housekeeping service they never showed up.. And no the do not disturb sign was not out.

I took 8 girl scouts and another adult using two one bedroom suites. the price was great and so were the rooms! the only thing that happened was that our rooms were not together as they were supposed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room services were fast and thorough. The hotel provides a warm, full breakfast every morning that last until 9:30 - which was great for us late sleepers. Our stay was great! We've stayed in several other hotels in the area, but found Staybridge Suites to be the best for the money. We were a little late to breakfast and there was still plenty to eat!

We liked everything about it except the sleeper sofa bed. My son slept on it, and it was pretty bad even by the lower standards of a sleeper sofa. The mattress was very thin, the wiring too weak even for a skinny teenager, and there was no foam. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the grounds were nice.

We stayed only one night. The hoteI's location is a bit of a hike from downtown St. Louis--about 45 minutes--but, with a family of seven (our suite could accommodate eight!), it was great to be able to share a suite instead of being stuck in two separate rooms. The total price was the same as what we would have paid for two separate rooms, so it was […] well worth the drive. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a full kitchen. Beds are firm and comfortable. We had a very favorable impression of the front desk, dining area, and cleaning staff--everyone was professional and friendly and seemed happy to work there. We did not use the pool area but several families with young children there for a more extended stay were clearly enjoying the facilities. Maybe I've stayed in too many hotels but I felt that the breakfast was fine but pretty standard fare: scrambled eggs, ham, shredded cheese, and salsa were the hot plate offerings. There was also a selection of lite yogurts, cottage cheese, and peach slices. Hot oatmeal and make-your-own waffles were offered as well as a selection of dry cereals. Muffins were commercially prepared, which the kids like but I find skippable. Wolfgang Puck coffee is very good. It's nice to have half-and-half instead of Coffeemate, although that was also available in various flavors. Two computer terminals and a printer were available for guest use in very nice surroundings. All equipment was functioning and internet speed was good. Read more

At Staybridge we got much more space for less (a plus with two kids), free breakfast, and a kitchenette. We were amazed how much we got for what we paid. We were very pleased with our room. In fact were were quite surprised that is was a suite instead of a regular room - expecially for the price we paid. We could not have been more pleased in our accomodations for our family of 6. The breakfast was also very good!

Upon arrival we were informed of an extra $75.00 pet fee, never paid this much before, not even at nicer hotels. They also did not have our suite available at checking, so we had to wait with 4 children & 1 dog in the lobby for a little over an hour. The 3rd time I checked about room availability, the manager said my kids could have whatever they wanted […] from their snack bar. The room comfort was nice, however one of the doors stuck and my daughter thought she was locked in. The pool was lovely. Overall- after we were finally in our room, we had a good night.
